The hotel is located across the end of the cruse terminal below the Se in alfama. itis a walk to the Santo Apolonia station, Parca Commerco metro and walkable to Cais do Sodre and Baixa etc. Rooms were average for a 5 star hotel, bathrooms were spacious and modern. This hotel is beautiful, there is a spa, the mood is good. But at arrival, they told me that the breakast is included. Probably, it means that it is compulsory. So I paid the price of the room during the check-in, and the day after, the breakfast at the check out.

Awesome people at the front desk! Great recommendations, very friendly! Very nice rooms, quiet, large, nicely decorated. Outstanding location! Walkable to everywhere yet just aside of the noisy pedestrian areas. Decent hotel gym. Great breakfast. We look forward to returning.

The room was beautiful and the front desk staff was very helpful. Also, the breakfast every morning consisted of fresh fruit, pastries and hot buffet. The staff was so helpful. I would stay here again.

Loved it. Great attention for details, amazing breakfast, friendly and professional team both in the restaurant and reception. Bruna was very helpful and full of recommendations. Couldn't think of a better place where to spend our vacation. 5 mins walk to probably the best part of the city. And need to mention the bed. Oh my god!!!
