The beautiful room was on the small side but the large bathroom more than made up for it. Loved the shower!! The people were friendly and the food good. It was right across the street from the shrine which was perfect. It was also close to shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Front Desk: Staffs are Very attentive and extends help/assistance to our needs and inquiry. Rooms: Clean with modern facility. Adequate Amenities - what you NEED is available Other item I expected which was not available is the Coffee & Tea making facility considering that the hotel has no 24/7 Room Service. Bedroom Sleepers was also expected but not available

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We found the room very clean and modern and the location was excellent in terms of being close to restaurants, shops, the bus stop and the religious sites. You could even hear the mass at night. The food at the restaurant was good as well as their extensive wine collection. The...

This is this is an absolutely common, regular, current hotel but it has quite a number of positive aspects that should be emphasized: 0 - it is incredibly close to the Sanctuary; 1 - it is very clean; 2 - the common areas are uncommonly spacious; 3 - the room I stayed in was brand new refurbished; 4 - it...

The hotel is good. The staff is friendly. We were a group from Lebanon. It was a religious visit. The location is the best as it is the nearest to the shrine. Breakfast was fair, it has not big variety. It was fine.

We stayed here as part of a tour in late Sept 2016 - and what a surprise this place was. This is a chain run hotel with a difference - staff that are interested in what they do and are friendly. There was no hassle or bustle and nothing was a problem The location is were you want it to...

This is as about as close as you can get to the Shrine and Basilica grounds. The Hotel was nice. Clean modern rooms with decent sized marble bathrooms and embroidered towels. There is a large lounge advertising Happy Hour, but one time it was unstaffed, another only one poor young man working alone. It is nice though. Our banquet dinner...

The location is amazing. The people were very friendly. It is a hotel worthy of the name: Hotel Fatima. We enjoyed great dinners. Our pilgrimage to Fatima was a renewing experience. This coming year will be especially rich as it is the 100th anniversary of the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary to the shepherd children.

In reality, I did not stay in the hotel but had lunch in the restaurant. It was so good I want to leave a review. The waitress are very nice, the food excellent: looked like home food. Location is very good as well as it is nearby the Sanctuary.

I went on a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima with Ave Maria Pilgrimage. They booked us (18pp) at this lovely, clean and very welcoming hotel. You only have to walk across the street to get to the main shrine et al. The hotel staff were very professional, with high standards and dressed in suits. The food...
