Myself and my sister stayed here with my parents and we found this place to be absolutely amazing! The staff were wonderful and the hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast was gorgeous and the location was perfect. The big bonus was the swimming pool. Booked accommodation for 2 rooms several months before and requested for connecting/adjoining rooms if possible as traveling with elderly parents who needs help. When we arrived, male receptionist told us that we are in different floors as they don't have connecting rooms. He was insistent that he can't put us at least closer room on the same floor as he was insisting they don't have connecting room. I told him, "so if your guest is asking for connecting room, since you don't have it, you will put them in separate floors and not on the rooms close enough in the same floor?" Due to our persistence and insistence he was able to give us rooms on the same floor close to each other. He was not even apologetic about it and had raised his voice a lot of times. I just insisted on reasoning but it was a very stressful experience.…

Stayed here recently while visiting the Shrine. Nothing much to look at outside but spotlessly clean. Recently modernized. Rooms are small but again very clean with a balcony. Extra blankets in the wardrobe as the weather was cold even by Irish standards😊. Breakfast is basic but plenty of food. It’s a family run business and this makes all the difference, attention to detail and friendliness. Would definitely stay here again for convenience as it’s only 5 minutes walk to the Shrine. And also it was great value for money.

The room was very clean with good amenities. The property is located very close to the Shrine and not too far away from the main bus stop (15 mins walk). The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are a few nice restaurants around the place as well.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. we loved the food and the staff was very friendly and flexible. The location was convenient, too. The rooms were clean and modern. I would stay there again if I returned to Fatima.

The room was clean, modern and well located. It is in 5 minutes walk from the center. Staff were nice and spoke a good English. The continental breakfast was lovely with fresh bread, croissants, coffee, orange juice & yoghurts.”I think it is a really good value for money.

The Property is very well located. Walking distance from the shrine. Though the rooms were small they were clean and tidy. The Staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall a decent place.

Driving to this hotel by the GPS guiding would end up with a deadlock, repeatedly, GPS leading us only to the nearby number (no. 59 and 71), but not the exact one (no. 69). We found out afterward, no. 69 was on the other side of street. It is nice to have lift service at this three-stroey hotel. Room size was reasonable, the only inconvenience was the relatively small shower area, that the spilling out water could easily wet the floor. A decent breakfast was served at the basement café.
