We've been coming here for years and it never fails to deliver! Spotless rooms, great views, wonderful food and such friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Maybe a few more more parasols on the pool deck would help, it does get hot up there!! Good value for money, recommended!

Rooms are very small Staff has no hospitality at all I spent 3 nights there and I think only one of the staff has give smile to me. They are not smiling to the guests at all just poker faces. Worst system in the breakfast, you can wait for 30 minutes in a queue as there is only two people is serving in the buffet and you are not allowed to pick your items by yourself. I thought that they are obliged from the government to do so but I stayed in two other hotels after that and everything was normal. Even the food at the breakfast is not good and has very few varieties. I requested a water boiler because my baby needs hot water at night for his formula , they refused The breakfast should be finished at 10 AM, at 9 AM I find that the chocolate croissant had been finished I asked the chef when it will be available again he told me no we will not make any more untill I called the supervisor and he order them to make from it again.

The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar to enjoy the evening seaside. Their drinks were really good. Variety of seating both sofas and chairs. Jose was really helpful with recommendations for our future travels - thank you! Would definitely recommend a visit.

Not the best value but exceptional location facing beach. Service is minimal, and the roof pool is hidden from the sea not ideal. Restaurant and roof bar reasonable cost though. I booked a sea view and then standard room, the standard rooms are actually smaller and less well-equipped despite costing more which is weird.

Stayed here in August 2021, during social distancing restrictions due to COVID-19. Had room 333, which was a sea view with balcony. Cost EUR541 for 3 nights via hotels.com. Was a great location, right on the beach, and what views. Check out my photos. Staff friendly. Breakfast was great, but they could probably have moved staff from looking after the tables to serving food, as they looked 1 person short (remember there is no buffet presently and everyone needs to be served from behind a partition to protect everyone). We got down around 8am each day, and queue was minimal. Pool looked great on roof, but I did not get to use it. This is such a great location, it makes everything so easy. No car needed. We got bus to Sintra, and back in the late afternoon via coast. Also easy walk to Estoril. Marina is being redeveloped with probably 50-80 new shops being populated.
