The hotel had very serene decor and felt like a relaxing and comforting environment throughout our stay. Breakfast was lovely and had great variety. The shuttle to the beach was really handy to have available. We felt secure knowing that there was always someone available at the reception, and the staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Overall a great place to stay, we would visit again
***** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***** organised to stay at this hotel for 5 days for our honeymoon and was given 2 single beds pushed together. I let this go and didn't complain, then had lunch at their rooftop bar, ordered a couple of burgers and chips. It took 8 mins from ordering it to being served it. this was at 2PM and was sick throughout the entire day and ended up vomiting. (Me and my Wife) when we returned to the hotel to have our dinner which was pre-paid, was sworn at by the hotel restaurant staff in Portuguese, they didn't realise that I understood. (sworn at because we arrived for dinner at 8:50pm and no other clients in restaurant so wanted to clear up) went to try duck that was put out to eat and then was told that it was under cooked and started swearing in Portuguese to the chef. me and my wife decided to leave the restaurant and highlight the situation and asked to speak to senior management. The following day, we spoke to Senior Management Catia Viera - Assistant Hotel Manager explained the whole experience and told her that we didn't want the hotel food anymore for obvious reasons. she agreed and explained that I would have to highlight my refund request of half board to my booking agent lastminute.com. upon retuning from our holiday, we highlighted the issues raised and have been informed that we will not have a refund because the bar food wasn't in the restaurant food. it's from the same kitchen and same location, they completely disregarded the swearing and unprofessionalism. I will never go to this hotel again, completely spoilt the occasion. Don't go, under any circumstances.…
I highly recommend this hotel. It is lovely- it's new; the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is great too. They have a shuttle up the street to the main area. This is a great hotel for the Portimao area. It's probably best to have a car to get around or sign up for day tours.
Very great hotel. It was clean, friendly and amazing decor. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Portugal. The staff were attentive and nice. The breakfast buffet was tasty and frequently restocked.
Really enjoyed stay here. Great value. Great amenities. Pool and spa great! Nice gym but didn’t have a chance to use. Nice walk to restaurants along the water. Rooms nice. Views good too. Loved the upper floor bar!
I highly recommend this hotel which has amazing rooms, spa, and selection of food and drinks. The hotel is across the road from the marina and the museum which is a great location. There is also a regular shuttle to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular Ines who is lovely and made my stay even more wonderful :)
The staff were amazing, and went out of their way to help my girlfriend who had food allergies. The spa was the best I’ve ever seen and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is great value for money
Great Holiday.only thing if you book a river view you will be also over looking a main busy road. That's the only thing I would say. Hotel was lovey all in all fabulous holiday.roof top pool was lovely. Staff were Great.
This is one of the most relaxing hotels I have ever stayed in. It is immaculate, welcoming and friendly. Each member of staff is helpful and will go above and beyond. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are lovely. We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was varied and of a high standard. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing! Views, cocktails and food all made the holiday! The bar staff work hard and are very friendly ! All in all an amazing stay at a hotel I will never forget! Highly recommend !!!
The service from all members of staff during our 3 night stay was faultless. The Hotel is kept in excellent condition with cleanliness obviously a high priority. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of food on offer and helpful staff. We only had a couple of small issues. Firstly the price of the rooftop bar was pretty expensive and the service from the staff was quite slow, we waited almost 45 minutes for drinks one day but they were always apologetic for the length of wait. And secondly, the location of the hotel wasn’t fantastic, especially the rear of the hotel where you have multiple tower blocks and a pre school which created a lot of noise during the day (as you’d expect them to but not what we wanted to experience on the rare occurrence of a child free holiday). We would have liked to use the spa facilities but the prices were quite high so we didn’t use them so cannot comment on those facilities. Overall an enjoyable stay …
