On arrival we were welcomed by the delightful Dana. We were lucky enough to be allocated room 6 which has its own sizeable rooftop terrace. Good sized bathroom and kitchen, comfortable beds. Shower is heated in a storage unit so may run out of how water if you take too long in the shower, but really not an issue for us. The location is great, a short walk from old town and numerous bars and restaurants but still very quiet at night. Property is clean, many English channels on the tv if you want to watch. Views from the terrace are fabulous. Washing machine on site if you need to do laundry
Super friendly lady at the reception. Her name is Dana. She will do everything for you to feel comfortable. Great central location. Very quiet and within short walking distance to the center and beach. Absolutely recommend!
EXCELLENT!! I can not say enough about Dana the caretaker. We got to Casa Paula early and she went above and beyond to get our rooms ready prior to the 2:00pm check in. The Location was the best!!! 1 min walk to Pharmacia, 1 min walk to restaurants and shops, 5 min walk to beach. Apartments had full size frig and microwave. Beds comfy, air conditioner worked great. We are definitely going to come back and stay at Casa Paula again! The only suggestions would be a little better wifi - sometimes spotty but we didn't mind being unplugged at such a beautiful place. I spent a lot of time up on rooftop terrace. So perfect!
I am appalled at the service I received from you today. I did intend to book your villa for 10 days and paid for it via booking.com, however by the time I re-visited the flight site they only had one seat left. I tried many sites and could not get a flight out on the booked dates. I contacted booking.com who tried to resolve the situation as it was less than 50 minutes from the booking to the cancellation and they were 'rudely' told by yourselves that we had to pay the cancellation fee of 60 euros. My husband then was able to find flights for the following day and wished to book in again but after your unhelpful attitude I refused as I am unsure how you treat your guests if this is how you can treat individuals who had to cancel for genuine reasons. I had a great 7 day stay at Casa Paula with family. It was a very nice clean quaint place, close to town and beach. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, bathroom was bright and clean. Kitchen had a full size refrigerator with microwave, kettle, toaster coffeemaker etc... sitting room was comfortable. Bedroom was spacious, and beds comfortable. Sheets and towels were changed every two days. Plunge pool was a plus, definitely cooled us off. We took advantage of the rooftop terrace, great for sunbathing or having a glass of wine or two before dinner 😀 Dana was so kind, she really made us feel welcomed. She does a great job of running the place. I would definitely stay there again.
