Detailed Reviews
The location seems to be just about the only thing to recommend this lodging. Rooms are tiny. The AC in my room requires constant attention as it continually turned itself off. A rain head shower delivered lovely hot water with good pressure. Although there is no airport shuttle, the staff can arrange for transport. Stay here if you need a 6 am flight ... especially if you need extra minutes of sleep.

We arrived at Faro Airport after travelling 36 hours. Hotel 3K was just what we needed. Clean quiet room. Hot shower. Lots of towels. Excellent bed and pillows. Slept 12 hours straight. Chose to buy breakfast at the hotel 7.50 euros. It was well worth it not to have to go looking for a place to eat, especially when it is right there. Small but quiet restaurant, but everything we needed to start our day. We liked that the cafeteria person was constantly refreshing the food at the counter. The warm buns were lovely. Nice food selection. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff in the halls were friendly. You can tell a lot about a hotel when you find ALL the staff relaxed, friendly, but going about their business in a professional fashion. Walking to the hotel is possible if you don’t have much luggage. We were coming for a month, 2 heavy suitcase, so took a taxi. About 6 euros, plus a tip. We had rented a car, so we’re able to walk to the rental agency. And the Pingo Doce supermarket was nearby, and open so we could buy some fruit and buns. Back to the hotel, we will definitely stay at this neat, clean and friendly hotel again (and again)

A typical airport hotel, fine for an early or late flight otherwise it is very small.
No room service, a tiny bar and snack bar, carry your own luggage up to your room.
However the staff where very enthusiastic and helpful.

The hotel is actually a 12 minute walk from the airport and it's a bit complicated to cross the busy street near the roundabout, you have to keep right of the petrol station at the end of the car park as there is a dividing fence in the middle of the road where the hotel is located so if you go up the road on the left you will have to take a long detour to get to it.
You can also catch the number 16 bus one stop to the hotel but if you manage to catch the bus you might as well go all the way into Faro which takes just over 10 minutes.
My flight was delayed, I arrived really late and missed the bus into town which is the only reason I stayed here. The hotel was fairly basic but adequate for a one night stay. I paid €70 directly at reception for room only whereas the price on Booking was €80. I had a double bed with 4 pillows. There was a/c but no minibar. There was a desk and chair and individual toiletries in the bathroom. The room was at the back so was quiet and it had a balcony with two plastic chairs. There is a small unheated pool which you can sit by in the evening and they have a small bar next to it.
The following day I walked a few minutes down the road (turn left at the main road when leaving the hotel) and got the number 16 bus into town for €2.35.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I was satisfied with my quick overnight stay.

Itravel for job in Portugal almost every month and I was there for a night. In august Algarve increase prices, so may you pay a 3 star hotel like a 4 star but of course without any 4 star hotel service, in winter you can easily sleep in a 5 star golf resort for 120€.
1) I reserved a Double/Twin Room single user with breakfast (everything written in my reservation that i show to the reception)
They reply that they don't see the breakfast included in their reservation (i should add 9€).
2) they gave me a room with only one small bed, and was a room for disable, that for who's travelling a lot in hotels knows that it's not so confortable. (bathroom and heights are different)
3) 2 small amenities for the shower were already open and used for the half.
I perfectly know what can i expect when i go in every hotels (it's more than 10 year travelling around Europe) but at least i got what it's written in my confirmation.
Anyway a good lesson for not choosing anymore this hotel for the future.

Excellent hotel, very modern and clean and with a great roof top pool and a spa. Our room had a balcony with seats to enjoy a coffee or an evening glass.
The location was perfect for visiting the historic old town where there are some very good places to eat and drink at affordable prices.

Exactly the type of hotel you expect for an airport Hotel - clean, convenient, good night sleep. Hotel is literally next door to the airport - 10 minute walk with foot path right to the airport doors. We walked with our 3 big suitcases and no issues. Room plenty big and clean. Comfortable bed, good night sleep. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Nice little balcony. Pool area has sun lounges and a little seating area so was lovely to chill out for a bit. Faro marina with all of the restaurants is only a 10 minute drive away which we ubered at €5.50 per way. Highly recommend if landing in very late at night or if you have a very early morning flight.

Stayed here as I had an early flight the next day and it is literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel to the airport. I was impressed I got quite a good price and the hotel was better then I imaged. Friendly staff at the front desk even borrowed me a UK adapter for my charger Ideally more suited for people needing to go to the airport for early flights but would definitely stay again

I booked this hotel because it was near the airport, and if that is what you are looking for the location is excellent, despite its being in a somewhat sketchy area; however, once you’re inside everything is new, and my balcony overlooked some greenery (other rooms overlook the pool). I felt safe and comfortable. The shower was divine. The staff was helpful with instructions about getting to town by bus, but there is also parking onsite.

It's clean and convenient but is let down by some of its staff.
The woman who checked us in (Tues 20/8 1830ish) rudely ignored me saying we had a reservation in my name by interrupting me saying she needed our passports...then having to ask whose name the booking was in! She shoved the card machine in my face for the €3 tourist tax, the screen said the currency was euros, I tapped my card but when the receipt was given to me it said I had paid in GBP at some terrible exchange rate, on a credit card that charges me no fees for paying in EUR. I queried this and she feigned ignorance and then the young chap next to her tried to chip in with excuses about tapping the card rather than inserting it (nonsense). By later buying a beer and stating I wanted to see every step of the process, I now know there's are 2 supplementary questions (the currency and accept/reject conversion) that this woman obviously answered on my behalf after I tapped my card on a screen that states I am paying in EUR. This is completely unacceptable (and possibly illegal) and has cost me money. If the amount were any larger I would be escalating this.
This same woman refused another pool towel when mine had been ruined with black marks from my feet after walking on their filthy decking. And the young chap reacted with very bad grace when I requested a second card for the room (where TWO people were staying) because I needed to go back to the room and my partner was out, telling me I had to give both back. Why would I want to keep one?! 2 cards for 2 people (or at least asking how many cards you require) is totally normal in most hotels. Additionally both these members of staff were watching YouTube or similar when they thought nobody was watching, but their screens could be seen when coming in from the pool.
Customer service training is desperately required.
