Pleasant hotel friendly helpful staff basic but very clean accommodation extremely good value for money. Near old town with plenty of restaurants bars and entertainment. Close to very clean beautiful beach would use again .

You know the old saying you get what you pay for!! Good points are great location if your mobile its pretty hilltop, rooms are not great but bedding is clean balcony is very small air conditioning worked well, hot water ran out half way through shower so my partner had to have a cold one. Room 207 smells pretty bad...

We stayed for 4 nights, 3rd to 7th April as we got a brilliant deal. I had expected to have some dislikes, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The pool was a bonus an we used it everyday. The hotel is in a perfect location with everything on the door step. Woukd definitely stay...

Arrived late. Waited 20 minutes for a receptionist to appear. Not good. First room offered was first floor, no windows and balcony but all enclosed so resembled a cell. Told by receptionist next room was only other option- on 3rd floor next to reception and entrance and stairs but at least it had a window and I could see daylight....

Stayed at Vila Recife for 4 nights in March and paid £77 - what a great place! Character hotel situated on the hill side, reception in at level 3, pool level 0 and roof terraces level 4 and 5. We stayed at this hotel for the couple of days with friends on a short break. Room was clean, but decor could benefit with update, however this reflects on a very bargain price. A reasonably priced hotel which was clean and convenient to old restaurants and shops but out of it far enough be be peaceful. Ii did find the rooms were poorly lit with one light only in bathroom especially.

there is a car park 50 yds up the road and a side road 10 yds up that you can park a lot park there and work in town

Definitely. It's packed with restaurants. All excellent. Try buddies for breakfast and can definitely recommend pampas for an evening meal.
