parents have 3 months here every winter, great room and decent location a few mins walk down to the view point and old town, some nice bars and eateries nearby. shame no food on site ny m ore and in a resisdential area but you wouldnt know it

Had an amazing time in Matt and Lisa’s apartment! My dad as Alzheimer’s so perfect for him.no loud entertainment just peace and quiet sitting on balcony in the evening with a glass wine.never a rush for sun beds loud busy complexes.apartment is home from home brilliant.views over old town fab.matt was brilliant from start to finish thanks so much we loved it.we will be back definitely

Had a great apartment for two weeks at a very good price. Location is great, 10 mins into town,albeit up a steep hill but just away from all the hustle of the town. Nice swimming pool with loungers, allways very quiet, felt like a private pool for much of the time. Spar shop 3 mins walk away which was handy for fresh bread and fruit. Perfect for a nice relaxing holiday.

This was our first stay in Albufira & this apartment was in a prime location. Only a 5 minute walk to the old town escalators. There is plenty to do in the old town for adults & kids & the beach is brilliant. There are beautiful views from the balcony to the pool & town. With the apartments being privately owned the pool area was quite quiet with no one hogging sun loungers. The apartment is well equipped & spacious. We would definitely recommend to a young family.

Holidayed in these apartments for a week the beginning of August. Room 333, apartment was clean and tidy and easy accessible with a small child and a pushchair. There is a hill from the old town to the apartments but it was not to much of a problem even with the pushchair. Esmeralda was fantastic, we arrived late and having a small child she was in need of a bottle of milk, she kindly gave me her own bottle of milk. Thank you for being great hosts.

All apartments are independently owned. Only the owner of Apartment 522 will be able to answer this. However, a lounge bed will probably be a sofabed and therefore a double.
Hi. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to walk to the modelo supermarket. There are a few cafe bars on the way and a few just outside the supermarket. Also there is a taxi rank outside modelo if you don't want to walk back fully laden. Hope this helps
Apologies for not answering sooner, but if you are still to go on holiday, or for other readers, the bins are situated on the road outside the complex. There are two sets of bins, one very close to Bloco 4 and one round at the top of the road as you enter Rua Fernao de Magalhaes, not too far from Bloco 1.
As in all of Albufeira, guests are asked to separate their waste for recycling.
4 bins are provided in both location. One for glass, one for paper and cardboard, one for metal and plastics and one for general waste.
Hi Jackie, as far as I know it's just used by the residents and holiday makers. The pool area and the apartments are in a secure gated complex accessed by a key code lock on each gate. In the summer months the pool area is staffed also.
