The hotel is lovely clean, with really friendly, helpful staff the breakfasts were good plenty choice with plenty tables . Pool area is nice with alot of loungers to choose from , cocktails at the pool bar were not good , bar was expensive compared to local pubs local restaurants were good out of hotel turn left follow road to main road there is about five restaurants , pub and supermarket. Turn right out of hotel through carpark small set of stairs brings you to couple of shops ,snackbar and about four restaurants. Overall lovely place really quiet would benefit from having a secure gate with pine hills golf range/golf course instead of having to walk all the way round about 15 min walk . Courtesy bus was a bit expensive ti the markets taxi to albufeira 12 euros Lovely place would recommend

Our 2nd visit to this lovely hotel. We first came here in 2018. There have been a few changes since our last visit. No morning welcome meetings although there is a TUI rep there some days if you need him. Very quiet around the pool, almost silent! found it hard to try have a conversation with my hubby as felt everyone can listen in! There was music around the bar area but was very low and you could only hear it if you were at the bar! We travelled with friends and stayed here a week. Hubby and friend had been cycling the N2 challenge the week then once they'd finished it my friend and I joined them the 2nd week. We wanted a relaxing holiday for the men as they'd cycled about 100 miles a day!! We upgraded to a junior suite this time round (12e a day) and were very happy with the room. It was very big with a lounge area then a step down to the bedroom area." tv's in the room, lovely shower. Bed was soooo comfy as was the pillows. Fridge and safe in the room at no extra cost. We had white dressing gowns and slippers in the room. A complimentary miniature bottle of red wine and a few Portuguese biscuits, a large bottle of water was in the room and tea and coffee. The water, tea and coffee were replaced every day of our stay. The second day we had 2 miniature bottles of port left with a lovely note welcoming us back to the Falesia. All these special touches made us very happy. The rooms were cleaned every day of our stay. Thank you to your staff. The restaurant staff were so friendly and a special mention to Philippe who was so lovely and friendly. I remembered him from the last time we stayed there (he said he remembered us too !) The staff in the restaurant are all super amazing and the food was lovely every single day.I cannot say a bad word about the staff, chefs, and everyone invlolved in the running of your restaurant. Our friends were very impressed with the quality of the food served by your amazing chefs. We did miss the entertainment team as we loved the evening spent in the bar but saying that, the acts on every evening were not too bad and as they performed for near on 2 hours, I do think that they need to have a break as we couldn't really talk much and by the time they'd finished we were ready for our beds. The bar staff also work extremely hard to cater for everyone. They are all very fun people with smiles all round. We went to the beach and walked to villamora which was a 10 mile round trip as we went to the town and marina for lunch before walking back. A lovely walk if your fit enough to go that far. We only went out of the hotel for a few walks as we did only want to relax and not be too active, so this hotel was perfect for that. I did use the indoor pool as the outdoor one was too cold for me. My husband and friend had their bike boxes with them, so the hotel arranged our private transfers from the airport for 82e per couple . This was with Flexitravel. Very good service there and back. The Queen's funeral was on whilst we were there, so we chose to watch it with our friends in the tv room. There were a few people in there with us and it was so very moving. Our friend did have to go out and ask the waiters to keep the noise down as a sign of respect for everyone watching which they apologised and closed the doors. Although this hotel is very quiet, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to relax and do nothing for a week. I hope one day to return back. Well done Falesia staff.

This hotel is fabulous, we were there 5th Sept to 16th. From start to finish, the staff were amazing, friendly and hard working. Rooms clean and comfy. Bed super comfy. You can choose to lay round the pool or in their beautiful gardens to sunbathe. Pool was extremely cold, perhaps they could heat it? Only criticism is that water is chargeable at dinner. Now we like lots of water with our meal at night, having to pay over 3 euros for a small bottle is a bit steep. Now water is free with breakfast, why not dinner? They could use large bottles to fill up jugs to give to diners. Apart from that, an amazing hotel, nice musical entertainment at night, there is also a games/tv room for those who like the football. If you like a little stroll there is a nice little cafe for lunch at the bottom of the steps. They put on a bus to Vilamoura 12 euros return each person, good value Will definitely go back soon to the Falesia Hotel

We have just returned from our first visit to Portugal and we're delighted with our stay at this hotel. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and large sunny balcony. We paid extra for a pool view room and we were so pleased we did. The food was delicious and plenty of choice available. Friendly and helpful staff. We liked the fact that it was adults only, so round the pool was peaceful. My only complaint would be that the sunbeds were not too comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would happily stay here again.

First of all we loved the hotel, spotless and the staff were always friendly and willing to help. We booked the junior suite & we were so impressed with the room, two big balconies & two living room area with tv’s in both. It was only 30 minutes in a taxi from airport so no long transfers, perfect, I have seen a lot of people complain about the location. We had no issues with finding many places to eat and have a drink within walking distance. The beach which was absolutely beautiful took us about 15 minutes to walk to from pine cliffs resort next door. We also walked into Olhos De Agua which took us 20 minutes, lots more places to eat & stunning beach. We walked into Albufeira, it was 10km but on a beautiful day why not walk if you can. We then got a Tuk Tuk home for €20. We also went on a wine tour which was fabulous and only €10 in a taxi and €18 for the tour including tasting the wines. Vilamoura is around 5km away but we never made it there in the end as we walked a lot and had plenty to see and even relaxing by the pool was lovely. Things we didn’t like. €5 for ice, never paid for ice even in a five star hotel. When we arrived to check in we were told our suite wasn’t ready yet but if we paid €20 we could have a suite. This didn’t make sense to us. So wait until 2pm and you can have your suite but we can give you a different suite which essentially was what we booked anyway but you need to pay €20. We paid the €20 but it just didn’t seem very upfront and honest that we were charged as the room type we booked was ready on our arrival. Perhaps had they explained an early check in fee would be required that would make more sense. I’d like to point out the €20 was on top of the €140 we agreed to pay for the upgrade to the suite. The food, breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Only other time we ate there was when we ordered room service and the food was dreadful, so glad we chose to eat locally all the other times as we didn’t have a bad meal in the area. I didn’t take any stars off my review despite the negative as I didn’t think it was enough to take away from the fantastic service, beautiful hotel and beautiful location. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

My husband and I have just returned from my sixtieth birthday holiday, this was our fourth time at the Falesia. First thing to mention as always is the WONDERFUL staff, they are by far the best you will come across and are the hotels biggest asset. We had a junior suite on the fourth floor, as always extremely comfortable very spacious and as all over the hotel spotless, maidsare great. We were told that when the hotel is closed over the winter is is getting refurbished in some areas, this is good as the dining room and bar entertainment areas are a little tired. Food as ever is varied, really dont think anybody would be stuck. I see some people complaining about the quiet! no idea why its just lovely to be able to read or snooze in peace. I was given a lovely bottle of fizz and a beautiful cake for my birthday so kind. The staff- I wish I could list all the names, from reception [ best weve ever come across] restaurant , bar are just a joy. Will look forward to going back to see what the refurb looks like. First time staying at this hotel, we did have a relaxing stay but found the hotel too quiet! No music round the pool, no atmosphere at all on an evening,. There was an act on each night but really boring no dancing etc. no day time entertainment either, the positives are that the hotel was very clean, staff friendly and very comfy beds. The food had a lot of choice however most of the dishes were lukewarm. The drink prices were quite expensive especially water and soft drinks also they charged for cups of ice and ice buckets!, 5 euros!, never had that before in a hotel. The hotel could do with some new sun beds very hard and most of them saggy in the middle also they didn’t lie flat or sit up if you wanted to read. I wish I had done a bit more research into location missed being able to have a walk out on an evening around a resort. There was only a couple of bars nearby and a handful of restaurants all with a busy road running through past them all.

This hotel is just perfect - the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. But what makes this hotel perfect is the people that work in it. Everyone is helpful, cheerful and they want you to enjoy your stay. Being an adult only hotel is perfect for those like us wanted a quiet peaceful relaxing time. The cocktail menu is amazing! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone and would love to go back!

Really good hotel, great service, lovely food on the breakfast and dinner buffet, really nice room and all staff very friendly, bar prices are good. Hotel also had a free shuttle to town centre and beach. Hotel manager was happy to negotiate a discounted price to keep room untill departure to the airport, if i come back to the same area again i would stay here.
