Detailed Reviews
We stayed in room 103. There was no balcony but a patio area which was shared by another two rooms.
We were welcomed by Andre who was a pleasure to meet and looked after us really well. There was a problem with the air conditioning not working so he moved us to another room for one night till it was fixed.
Unfortunately, even after it was fixed it never really worked as we expected. It took all night (7pm -3am) to go from 27 degrees to 22 degrees. That was a very uncomfortable night.
We kept doors and curtains closed all the time as the room would quickly heat up and the air con couldn't cope.
The mini bar did not keep the drinks cool. It is enclosed in a cupboard so it heats up then the mini bar struggles to cool the drinks. If we left the cupboard door open the mini bar worked much better and we had cold drinks.
The staff are all excellent. Andre on reception is an asset and instantly makes you feel like his friend. The breakfast staff are lovely especially Fernanda who is a joy. Her smile in the morning is just what everyone needs.
Breakfast was a continental breakfast. You can have scrambled eggs made on request.
Nothing is refrigerated so the milk was not cold and they put ice in the freshly squeezed juice. This also dilutes the juice so it's not quite as nice as it would be chilled.
The rooftop infinity pool is amazing and the young man who attends the bar looks after everyone very well.
All in all it is a very pleasant hotel if only it had a better cooling system.

Very kind, friendly staff that helped on arrival and throughout the entire stay. The room itself was immaculate! Such a gorgeous, clean, modern room with the comfiest bed. We had a smart TV, therefore had access to Netflix, YouTube….The bathroom was spotless every single day and fresh towels were provided daily. The pool area provided beach towels daily also. I enjoyed that it was adults only as it was very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was lovely every morning. Only one (slightest) improvement would be the aircon as it wasn’t very strong. Thank you for such an amazing stay! Would highly recommend! X

Great location just a 10 minute walk from a couple of beaches. The hotel is new, clean and modern and has a lovely rooftop pool, however the bar was never monitored when we used it so could not get a drink which was a shame. The room itself was lovely with a big comfortable bed, large TV and mini fridge. Shout out to the young man on Reception in the afternoon/evenings (didn’t catch his name) but he was always super friendly and chatty and the only member of staff to acknowledge us when passing. The only downside was the location of our room which was right beside Reception on the ground floor and had no balcony just an open patio area that could easily be accessed by anyone walking past on the street if they wanted to. It was also extremely loud as there was a bar across the road with live music. I’d recommend asking for a room on the upper floor on the opposite side from the street.

Although the hotel is new and well located, its high price does not justify what it offers. The service leaves a lot to be desired, with a staff more attentive to their mobile phones than to serving customers, both at breakfast and at the reception and other points of the hotel.
Breakfast is pitiful, with very little choice, and also, the hotel lacks essential services such as a restaurant or even a cafeteria. In general, the experience does not match the price paid, as attention to detail and better service are lacking to justify the high rate.

A bright, modern, lovely hotel. Very friendly staff who are happy to help with whatever they can.
This hotel is in a noisy area with lots of nightlife, however, if you ask for a room towards the other end of the hotel (away from the main street) the noise is minimal at night. They were happy to move our room on the first night when I realised how noisy it was.
The breakfast is great, lots to choose from and the fresh fruit was delicious every day!
The rooftop pool is stunning with sea views, plenty of loungers and other seating.

+1
Just got back from a four night stay in this lovely hotel. The staff where very friendly & helpful. The pool is amazing, just a little cold for us to use this time. No fights for sun loungers, towels provided and a pool side bar. Lovely and quiet, very relaxing.
The room has a massive bed which was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is the toilet situation is a little odd. There’s little privacy, it’s a glass box situation. Also if you’re on the ground floor there’s no private balcony. It’s shared. Again I can see there being a bit of an issue with privacy but we had it to ourselves.
I would say the room could do with a bin and some sort of screen for the bathroom. If you pull the door for the shower then no one else can use the toilet as it’s only one door for both.
Other than that it really was a lovely break and we will be back.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the higher levels. It’s next to a bar which can be quite loud.

Well, the hotel is new. So it's clean and comfortable. Very very friendly staff. Room is all white, with some design touch - especially bathroom area. Not sure about toilet area due to the glass door, which is only serve as a kind of curtain to separate it from the room. Due to ventilation and the sounds I would say that it is not an optimal solution. Who knows, maybe for some younger guests it would not be a problem. Be aware that the whole area arround hotel is big circus, with a lot of noise and drunk people screaming during the night. I guess it depends on the purpose of your jurney. Fantastic swimming pool and it's ares on the roof. But swimming pool was really cold in May. Ok breafest, nothing special - but you get your basic morning meal.
Stayed for just one night, got lucky with quiet the room (something what is very depending on your neighbours) so I put 5 stars on my review, which is a bit high I believe.

Wow.. what a hotel. It's just lovely.. all the reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Diego on the roof terrace bar was attentive and played cool pool tunes. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard daily. All within reach of the beach a 5 mins walk but maybe 10mins on way back !! We will be back.

Lovely modern hotel close to but not on the Albufeira strip.
Stayed a week here, lovely modern hotel. A few quirks where practicality loses to style. The trend for open bathroom with toilet isn't great and the layout makes storing cases a pain.
The positives are it's very near a lovely beach, if you wander down the steep slope/steps you'll find a beach to the left which is quiet and uninterrupted aside from a good cafe/bar.
Rooftop terrace is good at hotel, get the insta shot in here. Bar is fine but the beach bar for us was better.
Breakfast is ok, nothing special.
