Well just spent 2 weeks in Parque Corcovada block 43, which is in same block as, blocks 42, 41. At some point since We have stayed in all 3 blocks. The apartments are lovely inside. When you want to sit by the pool with other guests at these apartments and there are only 7 sun beds, 1 broken brolly. The area around the pool was filthy everyone complained about lack of beds, nothing happened. Pool was cleaned once while we were there latter part of the second week. Unless there is a vast improvement we will never visit there again after 10+ years

Stayed in Corcovada 41 f, block 2 and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Situated within walking distance to both the beach and the strip (old town is a 5min taxi ride away!) the complex was the perfect place to stay. The added bonus of being on the ground floor, both the front garden and the back were great for finding that desirable sun trap with privacy. Facilities were excellent with the large kitchen and living room area giving the apartment a spacious feel, a separate en-suite in the master was an added bonus. 10/10 would stay again.

This is a lovely apartment, well maintained with fab homey feel. But where the hell is the air con. It was switched off at the main box. If I asked someone to stay in my home for their family holiday in the middle of winter and tuned off the heat I would expect really bad reviews. All I ask on holiday is for a clean safe place to stay with air con. I would gladly pay for it like I had to pay an extra €25 for internet.

Stayed in Lote 42, 3D - a stunning and spacious apartment in a fantastic location. It is only a 5 minute walk to the bars and clubs, or a short taxi ride away from Albufeira. Roberto was always personable and reliable throughout our stay. The apartment is well stocked and features a large terrace which is a wonderful addition. Would certainly stop here again. I must also advise that you do not eat at the nearby ‘Robertos’ pub unless you have plenty of time and patience to spare.. [Not an establishment affiliated to the property, just a tip]

We stayed in apartment 38 D in May 2019 and had an absolutely wonderful week. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, spotless and the development itself is very well maintained. All the restaurants and bars are within walking distance too, We have already booked to return at the end of the summer!

This is a great complex, we were fortunate enough to be in block 39 with direct access and views straight out to the pool. All apartments are individually owned, so I am guessing they all very different. A couple of things I would say... * to get anywhere from this complex you have to walk on main roads. Beaches, shops, restaurants etc are not too far but people drive like idiots and we didn’t always feel safe with children. * it’s noisy in summer. There are security guards patrolling but we didn’t have a single peaceful night. Thanks go out to whoever kept ringing the buzzer at 3 am. * you may have to share the (not very large) pool with some less desirable people. We had to put up with one large group who were ignorant and thoughtless with their large inflatables and takeover of the pool. Couldn’t really get away from them.

Positives Big spacious apartment Close to the strip Ideal as a base camp not for relaxing in the sun Good location to travel to the areas Negatives We were asked to pick up our 300 Euro deposit on the Friday when we left on the Monday so there was no check done by Roberto before we left. Charged 25 euros for checking in even though we checked in and out within times. Advertised with pool view however no pool view is available. Advertised as beachfront this is a 20 minutes walk and no sea can be seen from the apartment. Advertised as private pool however not looked after, example broken sun loungers, pool not cleaned, tiles missing from pool, cones placed over holes, bricks and dirty buckets laying around sunbed area, reported to Roberto and he advised they don’t look after pool it’s another company that service this he only deals with apartment. Heaters in bathroom don’t work reported this to Roberto was advised owner wanted them switched off at the fuse box however it was cold when we visited I requested 2 extra beds as per the terms and conditions and this was not provided the property kept advising there were 2 sofa beds No toilet roll or free toiletries were provided as advised. Beds were hard and uncomfortable for the stay No quilt covers provided however old furry blankets are kept in the cupboard Advertised as WiFi available in all areas however can not obtain at pool

Stayed for three weeks in block 38, all we can say it's one of the prettiest apartments we have rented. Our booking agents staff were great and sorted out any small issues we had. Only issue is that these apartments are that they are so good that you have to use them again as very few will compare.
