Sorry to hear that you did not appreciate your stay in our hotel.
The hotel was built in 1960's which might have given you this outdated impression but all our rooms have been renovated to offer a pleasant and comfortable place.

I had transport from the airport to the hotel which was pre-arranged. It was not a hotel minibus or driver though, but a local firm, but it was arranged by the hotel. In fact if I remember correctly, I could either pay the driver, or put it on my bill at the hotel.
If you contact the hotel they will be able to arrange it
