My second visit to Ypres, my first stay at this hotel. The rooms are basic, with comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities. My room, 103, overlooked Grote Markt. No worries about being disturbed by traffic, even with the window open I, along with my travelling companion, my brother, were never troubled by noise. There are building works in progress...

Rooms a fairly basic but clean and looked after. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold food and drinks. Would...

This hotel is absolutely ideal for seeing Ypres and the Menin Gate being right in the town square, so nothing is far away. It is not the most luxurious but in no way do I mean there is anything wrong with it, small but clean room, very nice and varied breakfast included, the staff were friendly and the bar and...

We only spent one night. The hotel sits in a corner of the main square. There were markets there on the Saturday we were there so lots of people plus it has a nightly Last Post Remembrance at the Menin Gate. The people were friendly and helpful. It is not large but we still would not know there were other...

Ideal base for a tour of the Ypres Front Battlefields & Cemetaries. It is alongside the wonderful high tech Ypres Museum and around the corner from the Menin Gate . Overlooks the town square which has lots of eating places to choose from and parking in the centre. Its a good value 3* hotel, (my rating ). The rooms are...

Nice location in the corner of the main square. The hotel is nice. We stayed here before. Only this time we were in a dark and small room which felt like we were on the loft. The room was clean but looking a bit tired. The breakfast was good and tasty.

I stayed here for 4 nights bed and breakfast with my brother from 30/3/17 to 3/4/17 and it was superb. Geographically an ideal location for visiting the WW1 sights/cemeteries with amazing views over the main square which has a bustling Saturday morning market. The breakfasts are superb. It says continental but also serves bacon and scrambled eggs with a great...

"Basic" sums it up. The hotel room was cold, although the bed was fairly comfy. The bathroom door was also not fully functional, having come off its rails and needing some TLC. When we first checked in my partner and I were quizzed on whether we had chosen the right sort of room. We had chosen a double room, and...
