This is a quite delightful little hotel with service second to none! I arrived very early, not to check in but to ask for parking advice. I was greeted by the wonderful 'Pebbles' who couldn't do enough to help. She provided great local information and promised to have the room ready early. After an initial look around the town and...

My friend and I tried this hotel due to many being fully booked that we usually stay in. It is in a very central location only 4 mins walk from The cloth house and 5 mins from Menin Gate. We received a Friendly welcome when we arrived, the young receptionist directed us to our 1st floor room and explained where...

A warm welcome from Vincent on walking through the door. This small hotel is excellent. My party of 11 were well looked after. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with tea, coffee, WiFi available. An excellent breakfast individually cooked. Centrally located and only a couple of minutes walk from the main square. The only word of caution is that the...

This small but quaint hotel is a wee gem. Run by a welcoming couple and has everything you need for a short stay, although no AC so summertime might not be so comfortable. The ceiling fans help though. The location is perfect and quiet at night. We were on the top floor but suspect it would be a bit noisey...

A small and very clean hotel and we stayed in a room on the first floor with a very tight stair well. The staff manning reception, particularly Pebbles, were extremely helpful with advice on local restaurants, parking etc. This hotel is only several hundred metres from all of the major attractions in Ypres. An excellent buffet breakfast with the free...

We had the pleasure of booking into this hotel right in the middle of Ypres Belgium strictly by chance. The owner of the hotel was so helpful - he even gave us a parking spot in front of the hotel garage and when our driver found it to be a tight spot, the owner parked the car for him! We...

Really nice hotel close to the main square and the Menin Gate, very friendly and helpful staff, great food with good variety, the only negative is that our room was on the second floor and as such was very hot

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We had to change the dates at the last minute and they were very helpful with the booking. The hotel is centrally located just a few minutes walk from the main square. Breakfast was fantastic with a surprise of cooked eggs and bacon freshly prepared if required. The staff were all friendly...

You can always tell within moments of arriving the sort of hotel it is and we knew within a very short time of talking to the Owner, Vincent, that we were going to enjoy our stay. The rooms were fairly basic but comfortable and cosy. TV with more channels than you could shake a stick at with 40 odd in...

I liked the decor and the hosts were helpful and welcoming. My single room including breakfast (which was good) was priced €76.40 which I thought ok. But the room was tiny and this was a very hot period. So the room was difficult to cool without leaving the windows open. I was provided with a fan which helped but I...
