great location worn out hotel no air conditioning which we found incredible that a hotel would get a 4 star rating without the bathroom was the smallest i have ever seen and the fitments in the bathroom were the poorest quality we had seen

Tiny smelly room (no 113) was disappointing. Accomodation simply does not deserve 4-star rating.
Reception staff could be more efficient (slow at checkin, still: many other places have the same problem).
Location and rooftop bar / view are strong points.
