Uncomfortable pillows and too soft mattresses - not acceptable in a 5 stars hotel. Moreover, we found a hair in the bathtub AND another one on the wall of the shower - not acceptable in a 5 stars hotel.

My Mum and I visited 4-7 March for a long weekend. The staff on Reception were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The room was very comfortable and spacious with nice toiletries in the bathroom. The only negative comment I have is that although the air conditioning was switched off there still seemed to be cool air blowing in...

Very nice hotel, certainly one of the best in Bruges. The entrance is on a small alley off the main street, therefore very quiet. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, service is excellent. Underground parking available but the entrance is difficult to find while avoiding the pedestrian part of town - make sure to request directions from the hotel if...

My husband and I spent two nights at the Hotel Duke's Palace. It was cold and rainy the whole time we were there, so I could not have been happier to see a bathtub. We enjoyed the service of the hotel and the location. It is about 8 Euro to the train station.

Highly recommend this hotel based on location, price, and the quality. You would be extremely hard pressed to find an hotel of this quality for even twice the price in London. The staff are attentive to your needs, and the rooms are immaculately serviced. The breakfast is also excellent. My partner and I (based in London) both loved it, and...

We spent 2 nights in the Dukes Palace and were really impressed with the location (very central, 5 mins to main square, 20 mins walk to the station) beautiful decor, and the very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and luxurious, no bath but a walk in contemporary shower which was lovely. The only disappointment was the spa...

When it was still a Kempinski Hotel, they had the best SPA in town: Pool, Sauna, Hamman. Why did the new owners gave away this asset? They simply closed the pool. Brugge at this price level is a destination where you need to do be able to do other things than just sightseeing. We asked for a late checkout (one...

Brilliant. Not often do you go to a hotel and get what you expect from the photos and reviews. A lovely hotel, informal and elegant. We had a junior suite - the room was lovely, airy and quiet with a separate bath and shower and it was beautifully furnished to a high quality standard. One small point - the towels...

We stayed here for 3 nights, great room, bathroom and comfy bed. Bar service was excellent with attentive staff and a beautiful surroundings. Bistro served great value for money and a simple but excellent choice on the menu. Location was great too. All in all when we come for the Christmas Market later on in the year we'll choose this...
