A quiet B&B in a central location. Close to two nice pubs and offering an excellent breakfast. We felt at home and free to come and go as we pleased, unlike some of our friends who were asked when they would be back by their B&B lady. The rooms was basic but had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed my stay at Hobo and Kristine was the most kind and welcoming hostess. We were given the Romantic suite, nicely decorated, made us feel at home. The warm atmosphere continued in the breakfast room, where a nice fireplace and lounge music created a relaxing ambiance for a soft start of the day. The breakfast was delicious with...

We thoroughly enjoyed the two nights spent here and would stay again next time we're in Bruges. I recommend the loft room because it has a private ensure. Though the stairs are extremely steep so any suitcase near or over 20kg may be difficult to manage. The host Kristin was lovely and very welcoming though our only interaction was at...

Comfy bed and linen. 5min walk to supermarket and to laundromat, 15min to centre sights so you're not in the 'old town'. Fantastic breakfast! A quiet room with everything you need. The host was excellent.

Positive - The hotel is very close to downtown (10 min walk), but on a quite street. The room is big enough and clean. The breakfast is good served in a nice room, with a fireplace. The host is very nice and very open to help. Negative - the wc is common for two rooms. The building is quite old...

I stayed here for 4 days last summer and I just came back for 3 more days. I love Bruges and this place is very close to the center (10 min walk along quaint canals) and restaurants (there are canal side restaurants just 2-3 min away). The rooms are nice though take note that the stairway is steep, particularly the...

My wife and I enjoyed 3 Nights at Hobo Bed and breakfast. It is situated in the heart of Bruges in the old town and very close to the main squares and attractions in Bruges. Our host Madeleen went out of her way to provide good service and wonderfull breakfast. We warmly recommend Hobo.

This is a charming, 3 room B&B just a short 10 minute walk to the central square. There are 2 rooms that are up one flight of stairs that have sinks and showers in the rooms but share a toilet that is just outside their doors. There is one more bedroom that up a very steep set of stairs that...

In a great quiet location sits a well decorated and clean B&B and the breakfast is also note-able. This was very good value, and a very comfortable stay. Some reviews mention stairs, i couldnt care since it was rather safe... anyway it adds to the ambiance and decor. The breakfast was almost an artwork...

Just recently stayed at this Bed and Breakfast with another couple. We had the Black/White room and the Romantic Room. First off, the breakfast is wonderful and Kristin is a very gracious hostess. The location is perfect as it is a very short walk to the city center. Some things to note: First two bedrooms, navy and black/white, share a...

“Not recommend it for a family stay, stairs are quite steep”

“The upper room has it's own insuite bathroom however it's up a very steep flight of stairs that are also very narrow. It's very typical of upper rooms in old buildings and I thought it was part of the experience, however it may not be safe for elderly people. The other 2 rooms are up just 1 flight of stairs that are less steep and come with a sink and shower but share a toilet that just outside their doors.”

“All the rooms are good. However, I recommend the Romantic Room since I stayed there. Be careful of the steep stairs though, which are typical of old houses in Bruges. Its best to travel light and/or have backpacks”
of 5 bubbles PurpleChutney, 16 Jun 2013 | Read review
“There is a shared toilet for the navy and black&white rooms adjacent to the navy room. The sound from the plumbing when the toilet is flushed is quite loud. However, this is probably due to the age of the property and cant really be avoided!”
