- Recommended for a quiet weekend away - Close, but not too close, to the tourist heavy areas - Friendly, knowledgable staff - Lovely restoration - Bathroom could use a facelift, but room was otherwise classic and clean - I enjoyed the breakfast selection, but my husband thought it could have used some modernizing

Converted from old canal side houses this is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms overlooking a canal. Centrally located it is a perfect base for exploring Brugges. Helpful, friendly and pleasant staff who make the stay even better. We had room 104 which was first floor and spacious with canal view. The cobbled street below did provide some traffic noise...

This is a beautiful hotel! Feels like you are being welcomed into someones exquisite, elegant home over looking the canal. The location is ideal, there are a few cafes just down the street, and you are a couple of blocks from the main tourist area. So it is quiet and quant, without being far out of town. We were travelling...

Disappointing! Was recommended by friends. I had a single room on the groundfloor, close to the reception. Street noise, noise of the reception... I found it rather expensive, not all personnel were friendly. The whole thing left me with an impressopn of "we want your money (as much as we can possibly get) but don't care much about anything else"....

A beautiful restored set of buildings make up this hotel. The location was excellent for a 5-10 minute amble into the main square. We had room 6 and our friends had room 7 both on the ground floor and faced out into a quite enclosed garden, which had tables and chairs for sitting out in during the summer. The receptionists...

The hotel is located just outside of the main square. It is a pleasant walk to and from the hotel into the main town of Bruges and surrounding areas. Absolutely beautiful hotel inside and out. There is a car park just a short distance away which is cheaper than just outside the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and...

we took my elderly mother and apart from not factoring in all the stairs and different levels in this hotel, the staff, breakfast and rooms were ideal for 2-3 days of wandering around the historic city.

We stayed here for our fifth year anniversary. Kudos to the hotel for upgrading us because of the special occasion! We got a view of the canal. The hotel is very quite and cozy. The staff was very friendly and nice. The whole city of Bruges is walking distance from here. Surely recommended for a romantic stay. We're not giving...

Beautiful hotel tucked a minute away for the Markt, great location for getting around Bruges and a handful of gorgeous cafes on the doorstep, lovely, spacious room and view of the canal. The staff are super friendly and are so helpful too!! Would come back in a heartbeat

I only stayed 1 night, but I much enjoyed the good service by the reception and the central location. The rooms have a good size and the bed was comfortable. 50 meters up the street you will also find a nice little square with a local restaurant and tables out on the square. We didn't eat there, but enjoyed a...
