Great location, 5 minutes walk to the main square. Staff were very nice, helped us with organising a bus to the airport and printed our tickets for us. Hotel room was really big. Would definitely recommend it.

Highly recommended. The hotel is absolutely beautiful - the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very cute. The location is also perfect - 5 min walking distance from the centre. We really had a great time ... wonderfully calming weekend :)

This place is a bit od fashioned but being in the center of Bruges, it definitevely pass you the mood of the atmosphere of the city around it. It is a labyrinth of corridor and floors, made in wooden materials, some rooms have the canal view, some others not. But I liked my stay there, few steps from the central...

The hotel is close to the center, but 20-30 minutes walk to the train and bus station. It's decorated in a romantic style. Every room has different style so it is not sure that you will stay at the one you see when you make the reservation. That's what happened with us. Some rooms have excellent view at the canal....

We had pre-booked accommodation (via Expedia) to stay at Hotel Martin's Relais and our friendly receptionist directed us to the "Charming room 8" opposite the reception area on ground floor. The word "charming" clearly had secret private connotations for the worst hotel room ever offered to guests. "Charming" room 8 (with garden view according to hotel and room data) clearly...

I stayed in a family suite (3 adults and a toddler) for 3 nights just before christmas 2016. The suite we had (number 19) was very big and spacious, there was a superking size bed and a pull out sofa bed (see pictures). The radiators worked well and the suite heated up very quickly - it was freezing when we...

Situated in the historical canal house right in the heart of Brugge, Martin's Relais Hotel is a very classy place with antique furniture, canal and garden views, breakfast with bubbles. However, I had more expectations from the 'breakfast with bubbles'. Its just a normal average breakfast with Cava included. The room was spacious and light, the bathroom was very big,...

Each room seems to be different in this beautiful and well refurbished hotel, next to one of the canals in Brugge. We got a big room at the top floor with the wooden roof beams towering above us and the views over the irregular skyline of old Brugge's all tiled roofs outside our window. The service was very friendly and...

Lovely old hotel situated very close to the centre of town but very quiet and tranquil. We had the family room which was large and spacious. Fantastic bathroom with huge shower and lots of hot water. We visited in the winter but the hotel was warm and cosy. The building is old and quirky with twisting staircases and many antiques....

The hotel lies a very short distance out of the main centre of Bruges but that is in itself no bad thing; if you value a quieter position away from the tourist hot spots then this is ideal; the main square is a short (3 minute?) walk away but is still readily accessible. As are the wealth of other walks...
