We came to the Apollo Arthotel, Brugge by way of our cycle tour booking. I had read a few online reviews of the hotel but feel they do not reflect the exceptional value we received during our stay. The rooms were modern, very clean, had functional air conditioning with well designed bathroom. We stayed half board and the breakfast buffet...

First let me say that the front desk people were great as well as the barman Hassen. The room itself was nice and it had free internet access to boot. The water pressure in the shower was great and after a long day I enjoyed it a lot. On the other hand, the breakfast was a disaster. It really didn't...

Breakfast mayhem cornflakes no milk, then milk no spoons ,Coffee no cups then cups no coffee.Cooked breakfast in stages nothing arrived at the same time, Not one cleared table to be had.Over priced.Tour buses left engine running very early morning under bedroom windows not ideal when on holiday. All that was missing was Basil without the Humour. Give it a miss.

Stayed here for one night in September Hotel was clean and staff were ok bu it's too far from centre and Breakfast at 17.50 euro per head is a complete rip off. you can get the same breakfast in the centre for less. Parking at 9 euro a day is also a rip off as you can park in the...

Our stay was okay, but the next time we will book another hotel. Breakfast was poor especially when a tourist bus is there. No bread, no cheese or ham no eggs. But was still have to pay 18 euro for this breakfast. No orange juice (a kind of sweet lemonade)

Room was cheap enough so perhaps unfriendly isn't a problem. Couldn't see the name of the hotel from the street -- not until we'd entered the gate-controlled parking lot. Felt unwelcome from admission to discharge (from ignored to simply unsmiling). Perhaps a reflection of unhappy, rather than unfriendly staff. Additional cost was 9 euros to park the car -- no...

Our group - around sixty people - attended the Belgian Classic Car Festival in Brugge last weekend. This hotel was chosen by the tour organiser and some of the comments in these reviews caused some unease. This was our experience. The hotel is outside of the old town centre. It is around a mile and half away, about seven or...

First time I've seen a kid's play area in the lobby of any hotel! It was great to allow our son some time to play after being stuck in the stroller and car seat all day! And free WiFi to check email and facebook as he plays... :)

We stayed hear for 4 nights with a coach party. Only a few minutes walk from the heart of Bruges and its popular atractions. The room was well appointed, using dark coloured wood for the furniture, which gave it a rather ''classy'' look. Most staff had a good knowledge of the English language, which obviously helps if you can't speak...

We stayed overnight in this hotel which was ideal - we had a family room which was surprisingly spacious. It was clean, had a view to the city and had interesting art on the walls. Breakfast was a good selection and reasonably priced - we didn't sample any other food at the hotel. Reception were helpful with a map of...
