Firstly please note that this is a 2 start hotel so that expectations should be accordingly. This means no gold plated water taps and no caviar for breakfast. Once this being said let's go to the review. The location is around 20 minutes walking from the railway station and the same from the city center. It is situated in a...

Just returned from family trip to Bruges and very impressed with Hotel Montovani. Location is about 10 minute stroll to centre, but means location is quiet. Room was well equipped with double and 2 single beds, and plenty of towels for us all. Breakfast was nice in room overlooking a small garden. Staff were friendly and no problem with storing...

Enjoyed a 2 night stay at this small hotel located 10 minutes walk away from main streets in Brugges. Hotel was in a very quiet street which was great. Breakfast was perfectly adequate for our needs. Room was lovely and warm and Bed was comfortable. Plenty towels. Hair dryer available on request. Staff extremely helpful and friendly which made us...

We were travelling as two old friends (both in our seventies) before travelling back to the UK following a week in Normandy. We spent four nights there. The directions they emailed to us were spot on. We arrived at 5 p.m. to a friendly welcome from a young lady who spoke perfect english (as well as at least two other...

This hotel is clean and ok, but nothing special. We booked a standard two persons-room. It was a dark room with only a small window, the beds were hard and the bathroom a little old. The location is convenient, close to the centre of Bruges and free parking 700m away. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the noisyness, I...

Situated down a quiet side street only 10 mins walk from the city centre, Hotel Montovani was a great find. It was very competitively priced and communications prior to stay from Vicky were helpful and informative. We had 2 rooms on the ground floor (3 & 4) which were both spacious, comfortable and very clean. The hotel has limited reception...

You can find this hotel just 5 min walk from historical city center. Reception isn't open after 7pm but you can send a text message with estimated time of your arrival to ensure that there will be someone taking your check in. The hotel itself is a family run hotel with kids playing computer at the reception but that's ok...

Yeah... As title :) But the place is close to the Central Market and not too close that you feel like being too "crowded". Room is clean and towels are provided but things are a bit old. No reception service after 7pm and the street can be a bit too quiet for any single to walk alone. Good for overnight...

So we arrived having requested a twin room, as we were friends sharing, this was fine until we checked in to discover that the door was frosted glass and didn't leave much to the imagination!! There was a serious lack of customer service!! Reception was only open for 4 hours a day with no one to contact outside those hours....
