my room was reasonably tidy found something left by another guest under a chair so not perfect. the bed only had a single duvet cover on a double bed. the mattress was just foam so not very good and there was never a plug for the sink despite asking twice and there was not much sound insulation from other rooms... Very clean, secure hotel. Staff speak excellent English and are genuinely interested in ensuring that your stay is good We had a large double room but had to climb some tight stair case to do so. Breakfast available, in very nice room and plenty of fresh tasty food We would certainly return, just not sure about the stairs!

We felt more in a hostel than in a hotel, but it was nice and breakfast was included (not so common in Belgium apparently). Place was nice, even if a little bit "old fashioned". I would recommend it also for the customer service via email and for the parking suggestions they gave us.

Down a side street, but don't be fooled. Clean and shipshape, breakfast continental but plenty of it, and 10 minute walk from city centre. Large room, and free WiFi. Only slept there but service was very good, wouldn't bother looking for anything else should we revisit.

Nice hotel, situated in a quiet area of Bruges but close to center. Very kind people. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast room was romantic, with flowers all around We were a family of four, the room was big enough for all of us.

Great Wi-Fi – different connections on each floor meaning good coverage. Breakfast basic (only hot thing toast or boiled egg) but sufficient. Great location, easy walk into centre, but nice and quiet at night.

We arrived at the appointed time, carried our loads of luggage upstairs, just to find out that the rooms were not ready. Maybe the people in the reception could have told us that before we carried the luggage upstairs? We wewre two grown ups, a small boy and two teenagers. As we booked, we asked for rooms close to each... More

We booked this hotel based on its good location (a short walk to the city's main attractions)...and this was about the only good thing about our experience. Contrary to what is being advertised, there are no parking facilities at the hotel (we were advised to park on the main road 500m away from the hotel). Our room was literally in... More
