We stayed four nights and found that we'd been upgraded to an Executive room on arrival, towards the back of the hotel. Room, breakfast and facilities were excellent, and from sitting in the lounge it was clear that the staff were friendly, informative and chatty, or left guests alone whichever was their preference.

A long weekend was booked at this hotel for my Birthday. Upon arrival in our room we were met with a very bad smell of raw sewage in the room and in the corridor leading to it. We were asked for assistance from the duty manager, who agreed there was a smell and there had been problems with the room...

A lovely hotel in its own right, it is situated in a prime location a very short walk from Bruges main square and surrounded by stunning scenery, a variety of restaurants and small shops. Our room, a family room was spacious, clean and well kept with a small balcony, very comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. We were only in...

After treating ouselves to the most expensive room in this hotel and being delighted with the junior suite(room 103), we were extremely disappointed to be kept awake every night of our 4 night stay-on two occasions until 4.30 am!!!! The reason was the bar and youth hostel across the narrow street where the noisiest people in Bruges gathered every night...

After location, wifi in the room is our second most important attribute in a hotel (we are heavy sightseers and we need the internet to plan our daily activities.) Although this hotel promised wifi throughout the hotel, it didn't work in the room. Worse, when we asked reception to fix the problem, they kept insisting it was working (like we...

I cantt fault this hotel on a lot of things. There was a little odour when we entered the room but that went away by opening the windows. We later found out that it was not specific to the hotel but to Bruges in general. The city must have a sewer problem. All in all, the breakfast was very good,...

I booked in the hotel after reading many positive reviews about it, and I loved it more after staying in for 3 nights. Hotel location close to city center (Market Place) was great, where there is many restaurants, cafes and close to the touristic areas, a different style hotel from the ones we stayed in during our visit in France...

We were supposed to stay at another hotel , but it was over booked . Im glad it was because this was an amazing hotel. Right on the middle of old town. The view from the room was old style homes and a youth hostel . We were a little worried about that but we did not hear a sound...

A beautiful, classy and elegant hotel in the centre of Brugge, within easy walking distance of the town square, canals, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. My wife and I and two other couples stayed here for three nights at the end of June 2013 while we were golfing in Belgium and Holland. The en-suite rooms were a reasonable size and...

The hotel is very good, but the staff would benefit from some training. We had a parking space reserved but on arrival were told that no spaces were available. We asked where we should park, the receptionist basically told us to find a car park. Only after kicking up a fuss did she inform us that we could park at...
