Family of 4 trip to Brugge. A great hotel in a fabulous location, convenient to all the major attractions! The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is boutique-like, so not your normal cookie cutter design. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Reasonably priced for the centre of Brugge. Breakfast was continental, no hot foods which was a slight... More

Lovely location in a quiet street just off the main roads. Everything is within walking distance - including the train station - it took us 15 minutes to get there to catch trains to Brussels (and then the Eurostar). It is pricey for what you get, but the rooms are huge and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.... More

Stayed for 2 nights with my 11 year old son. The hotel check in time is 3:30pm but there is a luggage room to leave any bags. There is coffee and croissants in the lobby area. The hotel is clean with modern rooms and nice large bathrooms. On both nights had a good night's sleep.... One of the best beds... More

Have stayed here twice and would not stay anywhere else in Brugge. Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable, welcoming. Perfect location and really good value. The breakfast is excellent and set in a lovely room. Can't fault it!!

We stayed here on October 6th, unfortunately only for one night. It is a very comfortable hotel in the heart of Bruges - get rid of your car and walk everywhere. Nice large modern bedroom and bathroom and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to... More

My partner and I stayed at this hotel very recently for a long weekend in Bruges. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by Raymond which was a lovely welcome. He gave us an overview of Bruges and great tips for sightseeing, eating out etc. Our first impressions of the hotel itself were also good, with a nicely decorated... More

The hotel is well located in the City Center, just few steps from Church Sint-Salvatorkerkhof. The architecture and decoration of common parts and rooms are extremely pleasant and charming. The only disadvantage is that reception is closed after 22h.So, if you need 24h prompt assistance you should look for a regular hotel. Breakfast is ok, but could be better if... More

We stayed 3 nights, and after a couple of early hiccups we were fully satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. We had requested a room with king-size bed, but were given a twin-bedded room, but when we queried this we were offered a family room with a king and two smaller beds, but the member of staff said she...
