We stayed here at the beginning of December for a long weekend; neither of us had been to Bruges before. The hotel was fantastic, absolutely beautiful and the service was excellent. Our room was very pretty, quite cosy but as it was just the two of us that was no problem. The bed was exceptionally comfortable not to mention enormous...

Stayed here recently for a long weekend in Bruges. Was impressed by the reviews and they certainly lived up to our expectations. The hotel is just outside the city centre and takes around six minutes to walk to The Markt. The hotel is charming and on a really quiet side street. Our room was on the top floor, was quirky,...

Friendly and helpful staff. Even had umbrellas to use since it rained a bit. Room was very spacious and they even have a small lift. Nice and clean and very convenient to the market square. Next time I will ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. The street is not that busy but on the weekend...

An extended and very delightful visit. The room was spotless, quiet flute music in the breakfast room, beautiful garden to look out on (too cool for tea in October). The owners are warm and helpful, and enjoyable. The mansion keeps its style from years ago, but has renovated and updated to current needs. Wonderful place to stay!

Stayed for 3 nights. Fantastic location in a quiet street but close walking distance to centre of city. Parking available if pre-booked at €15 per night which was good value for the ease of access against local parking. Great continental breakfast in a lovely setting. Room was big with nice furnishings and had air conditioning which was a bonus. Would...

Location is just right - close to all that matters but on a quiet street. Breakfasts were just right with nice "treats" and all the basics and nicely cooked. Nice facilities and the family who own the hotel are delightful.

Once again we have had a wonderful stay at this charming city Hotel in Brugge. Elvi and Garrett the hoteliers always give a very warm welcome back, to their Beautiful Hotel. Our room which was upgraded to the family suite, was such an unexpected treat. It was like having two rooms in one. Everything was too its usual high standards...

Just back from a lovely weeks holiday with my husband in Bruges staying at this lovely hotel! We had a double room on the 3rd floor. Our room was a good size with a large comfortable bed and a nice bathroom and air conditioned which was much needed during the heat wave! Breakfast was delicious, an excellent buffet and the...
