Friendly and helpful staff. Informal atmosphere. Hotel with character. Arrival after six means self-access to room can be bit of struggle with luggage after hours, but comfortable once there. Hotel easy access to centre of Brugges and only short walking distance to railway station. Plenty of eateries, cafes, taverns, and all the attractions of Brugges just round the corner. Definitely...

Me & my family went to brugge by train from brussels. As soon as we got there, we asked the tourist information about the hotel location. It wasn't far from station. We stayed in hotel goezeput. We got the biggest room, the room is wide, cozy, i love the design (it's very vintage) Staff was super NICE, she also gave...

The hotel was beautiful and cosy, it was in a quiet part of town quite near Minnewater. The staff were helpful and accommodating as they allowed me to do early check in. I believe they also have a place to put your luggage if the room is not ready. The room was warm and cosy, really enjoyed my stay!

This is a really charming and romantic hotel. Situated about a 15min walk from the train station/bus station/kiss n ride and 5min walk downtown, yet on a nice quiet street. Lot of the main monuments/attractions very close nearby. Even the Jan Van Eyck Square, the windmills or the city "poorts" that look so far on the map. They're not. You...

Had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very nice and breakfast delicious. The room was clean and spacious. However the bathroom was a little small compared to the rest of the room. The hotel lies in the centre, that"s as far as i"m concerned the biggest advantage. Overall we had a great stay here.

Good basic guesthouse type hotel in old building. Breakfast was ok. Croissants, fruit, yogurt, bread, cheese, ham and boiled eggs. Fantastic location in the old town. Bathroom was a bit dated and small. Slight smell in corridors. I think there's a problem with drainage in general in Bruges as I've read this about a lot of places. Room was a...

Hotel personnel is very friendly, room was nice, bed was comfortable, hotel is well-located in the city centre. Especially nice now that it's winter: the heaters work well and quickly warm up the room. Breakfast (10 euros pp) is tasty and recommendable!

We booked a real gem . Fab location and price. Real character building . Room is small but cosy. It has a small bar downstairs with a fire to warm you. Helpful staff. No carpark but one in train station is approx 10 mins walk away.
