To be fair, rooms are modern, well looked after, well situated in the area and overall great value above other 3 stars hotels.

The hotel was nice and central. The room was clean. The heating had not been turned on so the room was cold when we first arrived. And the man at the front desk was rude with erratic moods. We booked late so had limited options....More

• Walking, from the railway station into the centre, takes you 25 minutes to reach the hotel.
• By taxi it takes about 10 minutes. The cost will be between € 8 and € 12, depending on the traffic.
• Bus numbers 4 and 14 stop at the Jan Van Eyck Square. The hotel is situated behind this square.

The parking directly outside the hotel is very time restricted. Fine though for unloading luggage. However the hotel staff are extremely helpful in offering suggestions for long term parking. We used a long term undercover car park that was very safe. Due to the one way system,, it seems a long way to drive but is actually only a short walk away from the hotel.
