Spent a night here with the family. The hotel is spotlessly clean, quite modern in its decor and the bedrooms are a good size. The beds are the comfiest I've ever encountered and I slept like a log - the beer & good food in the city probably helped!

We loved this hotel! We stayed here Aug. 1-3, 2015. Location wise, it's about a 10 minute walk from the train station which is fantastic when you're travelling with large, heavy luggage as we were from Canada. It's also only about a 10 minute walk to the central square and about 5 minutes from the De Halve Maan brewery. The...

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a larger group with Riviera Travel. Based on previous experiences with this travel company our expectations of the hotel were high and we weren't disappointed. We had a pleasant room on the first floor and overlooked the internal courtyard. There was a kettle with tea and coffee and...

I was here with friends as part of a larger group. After returning from dinner on the first night we were unable to get into our room. After 3 visits to reception we were given a proper key rather than the magnetic card. There was an awful smell in the room. We asked for another room but we were told...

Stayed for three nights as part of an organised tour. Great welcome, organised for 25 rooms and comfortable rooms. Breakfast offers a huge choice from cereal, fresh fruit, continental and cooked. Secure left luggage facility. Reception staff very helpful and eager to help. Hotel just around the corner from minnewater (love lake) and easy walking to all major attractions in...

I stayed here for 1 night on my return journey from Spa Franchorchamps. The hotel was easy to find, safe underground parking is suitable for most cars, although does have a steep entry/exit ramp. The room was clean and tidy, the aircon worked well. I only took breakfast in the restaurant so cannot comment on any other meals.

Lovely stay in gorgeous part of Bruges. Nice and quiet except for the clip clopping of horses which all adds to the ambience. Breakfast satisfactory, very much self service (drinks machine and get your own plates and cutlery) but would stay here again.

This was out third visit to this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Yet again we had a fabulous time. Comfortable, clean rooms and a host of friendly, helpful staff especially Annick on reception. Our stay was just perfect despite the poor weather!!

We stayed here in July 2015 for 4 nights. The hotel is in a fantastic location in a peaceful area, with the lake of love just down the road. This particular area of Bruges has wonderful, more traditional restaurants (with much better prices than the Markt square). The lobby of the hotel is quite modern and stylish and staff are...

Lovely high quality hotel. Staff were very helpful. Rooms clean and very quiet for the centre of Bruges. Car parking slightly expensive and you must book ahead for a place. Tricky to find by car. (Sat nav essential.) Has a very nice garden/courtyard area to chill out. Breakfast excellent, but extra. Situated right in the centre of the old part...
