We originally booked 3 nights here, but after the first night decided it wasn't for us. The rooms are tiny. The 1st room was a loft with not enough room for our bags, after complaining, they gave us another room barely much bigger but at least wasn't cut in half by stairs. The room was hot, so air conditioning had...

The location is the best aspect of this hotel. It's a very easy walk to all central parts of Bruges. Otherwise the hotel is absolutely fine, and very average for its type and class. The rooms are ok, the breakfast is fine, the service is pretty good and you can park under the hotel for an additional fee. The hotel...

The hotel is located right near the fabulous Markt square in Bruges. From the square you just walk through the entrance directly under the Belfort Tower then through the courtyard to the rear and the hotel is directly across the street. The rooms we had were fairly compact but very clean and functional. The buffet breakfast was superb. The staff...

Fantastic location right in the centre of Brugge - everywhere accessible on foot. Not the biggest rooms but everything neat and tidy and clean. Would highly recommend for a short stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Stayed with family of 8 adults with Riviera Travel. Ideal for us in terms of quality, cleanliness, ease of access to all attractions of Bruges. Worthy of particular mention is James the barman. His permanent smile, effortless efficiency and hard work made it a particularly memorable stay. Breakfasts are buffet style, with plenty of choice of both hot and cold...

Excellent in every way. Ideal location, quiet comfortable room, friendly staff, and a very generous breakfast so that it was possible to eat enough to last all day. I wish all hotels were as good as this.

Good location, near the market square and many shops in the middle of the medieval city. Rooms are decent and there is wifi provided. Breakfast was however sparse. Hotel staff was welcoming and were willing to accomodate any needs. Overall, a decent hotel in a nice town.

Stayed here for two nights in April with my husband for a short break. The real winning thing about this hotel is the location - right behind the Belfry, close to shops and restaurants and central attractions. There is a secure car park underneath the hotel for an additional charge that was really convenient. The location also meant we could...

Stayed here for three nights. Situated in a relatively quiet street yet within a one walking distance of the market and canal areas. Room was spotless as was the hotel in general. Great breakfast buffet and a good bar. Staff are excellent and very friendly. All in all a really good hotel.
