Had a fantastic stay in this delightful hotel. Really well located in such a walkable wonderful city. The hotel looks and feels really good. The staff are brilliant and were so helpful. On the downside (slightly) no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms? There is free coffee in the lounge from 11:00 till 18:00, which is quite random. Got charged... More

The rooms are a bit tight, but you don't really need a big room when there's so much to explore in town. The hotel has a good size garden which is a rarity in Brugge. The breakfast is good, but expensive. And the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was really pleasant suprise of this hotel. Yes, we were in room without wi-fi, but that was not so important. We were in Bruge to walk, to see the town, not to use wifi in the room. The garden is gourgeous. The center is just 5-10min walking distance. The station is also close to the hotel. For the breakfast... More

The hotel was really well placed, in the historic part of the town and not far at all from the center. The room was big, cosy and charming. The breakfast was really good. We had also lunch there and it was delicious. A place to try!

The staff are great which given ht limited number who seem to do everything is quite something. Same person making breakfast who later is cleaning your room. Wardrobe Door falls off and takes a 20cm chunk out of the wall rather than me which I suppose what an up, door didn't get replaced, This would make a good 2* possibly... More

We stayed here for two nights over the New Year. The location of the hotel is superb, central for all the main sights of Bruges. As advised by a previous reviewer we used the car park at the nearby Ibis hotel which was secure and conveniently located a couple of minutes walk away. We had a room in the annexe... More

We stayed in Dec 2014 and we loved the hotel. The restaurant is very nice. The rooms are stylish and it makes you feel at home. The location is great because is 5 min walk to town but in a very quiet area which is great if you are planning to have a good night sleep

We arrived early after booking on route, on arrival We were given a room and the power was down! After a slightly irritating wait the hotel team gave us a glass of prosecco and a snack and upgraded us to another room which had peer and was fantastic, the staff were helpful, friendly and patient despite the stress they were... We stayed for 1 night 20th December. The hotel itself is lovely, perfect location, modern, clean and elegantly decorated. The bed/s are comfortable and the bathroom is huge and everything very clean. There is no tea or coffee in the room which i think is very odd and a disappointment as even budget hotels supply it. Parking was a real... More
