We wanted a hotel close to a car park, within walking distance of Bruges - and we got it! The hotel is a conference centre and caters for individual business travellers as well as coach tours. The facilities are good, the decor slightly worn. Being right on top of one of Flanders great towns we ventured out to eat (twice)...

The room and bathroom were a good size. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety and good healthy options. The staff were friendly, and the hotel well presented. The hotel was close to the train and bus stations as well as restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the main square and right next to the Saturday market.

Loved the hotel, the staff was more than helpful, the beds were to die for, the breakfast super! The location was super for those traveling by buss or train! Like us! Rooms were really big. ANd the beds, as I said, were to die for. If I could I would take it home to Sweden with me!!!

The Breakfast options were very limited and the hot food was luke-warm The corridor on our floor had a lingering smell of drains all four days of our stay. The desk service was good and helpful, the location was very handy for the station and the town centre and interior was pleasant.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the centre of Brugge. The rooms are spacious with good facilities. The breakfast was very nice and well presented. We only stayed 1 night but would happy to stay there again. The only slight difficulty we had was actually finding it perhaps an e mail to the hotel before stay asking...

Visited Bruges and this hotel was in walking distance of all major tourist sites in old Bruges. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and for a historic hotel, the facility was modern. Would stay there again as room was a good size and I prefer American sized rooms. Only complaint was that mattress was too firm for me,...

The hotel is not only ideally placed close to the city centre in a former monastery, it is placed at the local bus station and is accessible to tour coaches unlike many other city centre locations. We favour such venues with local character rather than the international chains which could be anywhere! It was hard to fault this venue although...

The only good thing is the location. We used this hotel for a small out of town business trip close to our customer site. The room was not cleaned (buggle gum wraps on the floor), bathroom was filthy, it has an in-room coffee maker but no socket to plug it in (really ?), check-in was slow and did not even...

Hotel was new and clean. It is central to everything, the train station and the historic area. It has a lot of restaurants nearby so finding something to eat is very easy. Staffs were friendly and kind.

Interesting building, in keeping with the rest of Bruges. Very good location, within walking distance of both the city and the railway station, opposite the bus station. Just needs a little TLC, e.g. replacing some frayed carpets.
