A very pleasant stay. The only slight glitch was a non-functioning ceiling light bulb in the bathroom. This was reported at the desk on check-out and a note was made by the hotel staff. The staff were very pleasant.

,Not bad location easy walk from station, Staff helpful, but asked for light to be fixed in room, was promised immediate rectification but was still not fixed 3 days later. which I found disapponting. Otherwise room very nice. In general, nice hotel, decent value, but 3.5 stars not 4

The hotel is about 10 minutes walking distance from the main train station. From the outside the building isn't much (pretty Plain), but inside was magnificent. The room was large and spacious, especially for a European hotel. Center of town was a brisk walk but very doable. Unless you are planning on venturing out of the city center, a bus...

What a perfect location and the price was not expensive at all. I would recommend this hotel for a little weekend getaway. We walked through the park/canal (10 mins) from the station to the hotel. Agree, not much to look at from the outside, but can't fault with anything inside. Room was huge! 6ft wide bed - heaven! Staff were...

The NH Brugge is really fantastically central, yet apart from th hustle & busy streets of The Tourists traps in Bruges. Close to the station & right opposite the new concert hall. An old monastery with a peaceful garden & plenty oggend bird song! Friendly staff, great breakfast & fabulous dinner if you wish to have a meal at the...

The hotel lobby and bar/dining areas are excellent, very grand! Our room was ready early so we checked in at 11am which was great. All was as you would expect for a 4* hotel, clean, organised with a hint of luxury. Although this hotel doesn't have the same wow factor as other NH's across europe, it was a very welcoming...

The hotel is less than a mile walk from the train station and although it does not look like much from the outside, it is very nice on the inside. The lobby is spacious and decorated very tastefully. Check in was friendly and fast. Our room was large, with a comfortable king side bed and comfortable chairs with good reading...

Small boutique hotel short walk through a park from the station. Centre of Brugge directly across the road from the hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. 1st night perfect and bed really big & comfortable. Did think the decor was rather dark though. 2nd night fault with air conditioning which we had to leave on otherwise there was a noise akin...

Checked room was not ready. When we got the room the AC did not work. Changed us to a really small room, which was unacceptable. Changed us to a third room and gave us chocolate and two drinks for our trouble. Bathroom were dirty, notify the front desk, no action. Location is fair, but I personally like to be more...

The hotel corridors could be a good setting for an Agatha Christie novel - long winding corridors to reach the room. The hotel is lovely, a perfect fusion of modern amenities and old world charm. The reception staff are very helpful, the breakfast (complementary with our booking) was delicious, and the room was more than adequate for our needs, with...
