Kindly upgraded for our anniversary. Kind, helpful staff who were lovely. Lovely, big room with everything we needed. The hotel had lots of character which made us feel at home. The only thing lacking was an iron and ironing board.

The hotel and staff where lovely, only downfall is you can't check in till 3pm, our room was a superior room, very large beds, mini bar, flat screen TV, coffee and tea facilities, the bathroom had toiletries and bathrobes and slippers. We had the breakfast buffet which was lovely, loads of choice. I would definatley recommend.

Everything was perfect: very friendly people, tidy room, good ubication, superb breakfast, ... We only had a minor nuisance: we found our room open, but nothing happened. We would repeat without doubt.

I wouldn't call this a 4 or 5 star hotel but if you are looking for a quick city break this may be it. It is located 10 minute walk from the train station, a quick walk into city center and the breakfast was pretty good too! My only complaint is I found the bathroom a bit dirty and there...

Excellent location and really friendly staff who gave us a lot of info about the historical centre where the hotel is located. Despite renovations going on in market place it was a very quiet hotel. Nice touch having flavoured water on tap in the foyer. Room lovely, good size and clean. Excellent value for money

This was my second stay here, and it was lovely. The hotel is about 10 mins away from the station, and easily walk able. It's about 5-10 mins across into the main tourist centre, so this is nicely quiet (but not dull) yet accessible. The room for 2 adults and 1 child had a good double, a single and a...

This old building is a little tired although staff try and keep service standards. The rooms whilst once top 4 star are now losing there shine. Taps for example while of the highest quality when they were installed are losing the high quality chrome that was one on them. The external facade in need of a coat of paint which...

It doesn't deserve to be a 4-star hotel. Although the rooms are quite big and the breakfast is plenty of choice, I'm not satisfied with the style (so ancient for a 4-star hotel), the wi-fi connection (that didn't work for one day), the toilet (there wasn't the toilet brush, the toilet seat wasn't liftable, there was a very old shower...

Stayed at the NH Hotel for the recent Bruges Beer festival, from the outside it looks a little tired and in need of a bit of cosmetic TLC. The location is not bad about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the main square of Bruges, service was friendly and helpful, we had a problem with the shower in our...
