I cannot fault this hotel. We had a wonderful stay and loved everything about it. Our room was lovely, very clean and comfortable as well as beautifully decorated. The hotel has a lovely lounge and bar area and the staff were delightful - very helpful. Delicious breakfast too! A fantastic place to stay.

Stayed at the pand for my birthday, well appointed hotel , lovely decor, good location. Took advantage of the private parking, but at 50euros for two days probably not needed for Feb as there carparks on your doorstep for 1/4 price, but if you have an expensive car the heated garage is a nice luxury. Also didn't make use of...

We got upgraded to a Jr suite. Huge room with canopy bed. Fireplace and spa tub. The staff are amazing. All knew where the best restaurants were to keep us out of the tourist traps. Beautiful lounge where you can play chess or just relax with a book or newspaper. Would I stay there again. Yes, yes and yes. One...

This is a lovely little luxurious and quiet hotel - no big chain influence, no gyms, or big open spaces full of rampaging kids and loud folks! The staff were all just amazingly friendly and helpful, really rare these days. There is a small bar in the front room, and a lovely old panelled drawing room with fireplace and big...

We stayed for only one night on our quick trip to Bruges and we loved it. The location is just perfect to walk around the old city. Being a small and classic hotel makes it a very romantic and cozy place to stay. Their staff is wonderful. We felt like if we were in our honeymoon!

We stayed in the Pand for three nights just after the New Year's. Location-wise, it is ideally located in a small and quiet street just off the canals and a stone's throw to the two main squares with all that they have to offer. The hotel's staff is excellent, very attentive and cordial and would generally bend over backwards to...

Wow! We had an unforgettable stay at the Pand. Staff was so friendly and helpful, they offered us an upgrade to a Junior Suite which we took and we're so happy we did, it was really fantastic. We were tired and we completely recharged our batteries: the beds were super comfy, the bathroom had a jacuzzi, great when we have...

We loved almost everything about this hotel. The location is excellent; the decor has a personal and cozy character; and the staff simply could not be more welcoming or helpful. It deserves five stars. That being said, I'd be remiss if I did not mention a couple of (what I see as) flaws. While we agree that the (much praised)...

Situated in the middle of Brugge within easy walking distance of all the sights this is an ideal spot to stay for a short break. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and there is a very pleasant small (very small) bar. My only negative comments are that we were in a standard room (known as 'Charming rooms') which was...

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have had nothing but praise for this hotel. The service starts from entering through the christmas trees and automatic doors with our bags been...
