Most like it is right to say "just another ETAP Hotel". Anyway it features convenient location for train travellers and it is not more than 20 minutes to walk to the very city centre. The room was clean, there was enough space for 2 and it featured the level of simplicity with some quite unusual solutions to reduce contruction costs... More

Bruges is an expensive city for hotels, and the very strong advantage of this htoel is that it is one of the best budget hotels in Bruges. You can get cheaper by staying in a youth hostel, but for a proper hotel this is the one to choose. Etap's are all the same, this one is almost brand new and... More

We stayed in Etap Hotel in Brugge for 1 night during the weekend and we were a bit disappointed. The first room we got, wasn't cleaned at all, but we immediately got another one. Although entirely new, the rooms are done cheaply: they are very small, the bed is not very comfortable, towels are very thin, no hair dryer and there... More

We stayed one night and liked it a lot. Great no frills hotel with excellent value for money. Pros: - Brandnew and very clean. - free internet terminal in lobby, WiFi in rooms (not free). - 15 minutes walk to the city centre, free bus when you park in the close by car park (2,50€ for 24 hours!). Just next... More

The hotel is extremely modern and very clean we loved the neon lights in the shower, so if you are wanting to experience traditional Brugge then I would suggest staying somewhere in the town centre. The room size was perfect for us as we were only there for one night and it was only a 15 min scenic walk into... More

Very clean, very modern. Our triple room (just 2 of us) had storage space for one so if staying more than a night be prepared to live out of suitcase. Perfect for us though. Very warm in room and not allowed to open window. Inadequate air con. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was ready 11:30am with noon checkout and secure room... More

While I fully appreciate what they are trying to do with the rooms, with space saving and practical features. The room is just too small. Our main problems were - the window did not open to let in fresh air, the room was like a sauna - especially after some one used the shower, the air con was not switched... More

Although it is situated by the station, there was no noticeable noise ffrom the trains. The hotel is newly built so the furnishings are in good condition. The bed was comfortable. The room was small and lacked storage for clothes but because of the low room rate was not a major issue, Breakfast is a cold buffet but was good value,... More

This hotel was tremendous value for the price. The location, right next to the train station, may not be the best for central Brugge but it is fantastic for travelling around to different parts of Belgium which was our intention. The room is not for travellers who don't know each other extremely well, since there isn't much separation between the... More

Extremely clean hotel. Rooms are basic but modern and convenient. The only concern is that the door between the room and WC is not sealed at all (it is actually "half-door), so you may dislike it, especially if you are staying with not so close people (e.g., they are offering triple rooms). Shower is right in the room. Location could... More
