Fantastic location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, interesting interior, amazing bar with fireplace. Decor a little tired and staff a little busy at reception and hotel a little pricey. Spa welmess was a bit disappointing too really. But all in all good.

The Grand Hotel Casselburgh certainly lives up to its name. This was our second visit to this lovely hotel. Great location close to shops, restaurants and major attractions. The rooms were spacious with supremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good but most of all the staff were extremely polite, helpful and courteous. All of this in a very elegant and... More

Fantastic hotel, great staff, delicious breakfast, in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Warm, elegant and spotlessly clean. One odd thing, was how cold our bathroom was, the rest of the room was really lovely and warm. Still giving them a 5!

Great location, service, room and breakfast. Next to a busstop and near the Market place and shops. Very nice hotel with Victorian features and nice furniture. We stayed at the old part of the hotel with wooden beams.

From the moment you arrive you will be impressed. The hotel is spotlessly clean without being clinical. The team at reception are welcoming. The lounge areas are comfortable. The spa area in the basement is impressive and the gym area has enough equipment so that you can stay fit. However in Bruges you will keep fit walking. We stayed on... More

Great hotel in an excellent central position a mere 250mtrs (approx) from the main square. Hotel staff were friendly, attentive & professional. Special mention to the hotel barman who was very entertaining. Room was clean & well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast choice.
