A lovely place to stay with friendly hosts. On arrival we were greeted and made to feel welcome (with tea and cake !). We stayed in the upstairs room which had it's own separate bathroom with shower along the landing for our use only. The room was clean and comfortable with a built-in wardrobe area, a set of drawers, hairdryer,...

Lovely cup of tea and biscuit on arrival. Parking and wifi. Single in twin bed room is fine as only me and I put my bag on the other bed. However, I don't know how 2 people would have enough room. Lovely view from the window. Very large shower room next to the bedroom with a lovely shower. The floor...

We had a fantastic stay at this intimate cosy and tranquil location. Perfectly situated for those who like to walk as you are spoilt for choice. The service was fantastic and Melanie and Geoffrey were most pleasant.. Lovely prepared breakfast with a wide range of choice. We will defiantly be returning

My parents rented the double and twin and Melanie was kind enough to offer us a z bed in the dining room to accommodate my brother, which meant we could all stay together whilst attending a family wedding. Very comfortable night and welcoming b&b. Breakfast was excellent with a huge range on offer from fruit, yoghurt, cereal to the full...

I was welcomed by the owner with a pot of tea and a piece of his wifes banana cake which was delicious. After a nice chat I had a shower in the wet room which was a first for me in a B& B. However what was most impressive was the fact that his wife was prepared to make me...

Great room in the loft, own amenities. Extremely clean and comfortable. Our host picked us up from the harbor and returned us the next morning, gave us the history of the town and was very kind. Breakfast was delightful, fresh fruit, yoghurts, every cereal you could wish for and a great cooked breakfast on offer as well. We were made...

This is my first trip advisor review as I felt I should share how wonderful this B&B is. I stumbled across this by accident when looking for somewhere to stay when attending a wedding in the area. The owners were most welcoming and the tea served in the conservatory was most welcome after a long journey and they were most...

Look no further if you require fantastic accommodation in Cornwall! Recently we stayed at the Trevarn B&B in Mawnan Smith and had a fantastic experience. The owners are warm, welcoming and helpful. The location is great, there are lovely beaches, gardens and places to eat nearby. Our room was a twin room on the ground floor. It was quiet and...

On our recent visit to Cornwall we had the pleasure of staying bed and breakfast at Trevarn. We had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was ample for our needs and extremely clean and well-fitted with plenty of off-road parking. Trevarn is on the outskirts of Mawnan Smith but within easy walking distance of the centre of the village which has...

Beware of accepting the twin bed room in this B&B. This room would have to be the smallest room in B&B's in the UK. There is absolutely no space left after the space occupied by the 2 beds. No space for clothes, bags, let alone 2 people standing up. The separate bathroom for this room is in fact bigger than...

Sadly, this review does't mention that the small twin room comes with exclusive use of the neighbouring room , plus full use of sitting room and conservatory. The reviewer mentions that no one said goodbye but my husband spent a long while talking to his partner as he was putting on his boots, whilst waiting for his friend, who seemed...
