Dear Sirs. I think I left a nylon luggage cover in the room. It is very light weight so if you still have it perhaps you could mail it to me in UK. Many thanks in advance. Anthony Brown

I spent 7 nights in this hotel and found it to be very nice. The room was small but well organized. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was free and I used it a lot to find things in Gent. Mosquitoes were a problem if the window was open at night, so I used the airconditioner at night. I had a...

The hotel is right on the tram line, so getting to and from the station is easy. The rooms are very compact, but space is used expertly. The beds are very comfortable and we had the luxury of some air conditioning too. Staff are all very professional and helpful too. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the main square,...

Booked the hotel through Great Escapes in the UK, so had a 3rd night free. Found the hotel nicely located for the centre (an easy 5 to 10 minute walk), its also on a tram line stop, so easy to get to the rail station if needed. The hotel was clean, tidy, had a good selection of buffet breakfast. Even...

clean and comfortable - but small - room , good location and friendly staff. Hotel has an underground car park, but space was very tight for parking a Volvo estate. Breakfast expensive.

We have just returned from 4 nights at this hotel, attending a conference in Ghent. It is rather like a hall of residence inside. Our room was perfectly adequate, and we slept well. I agree with other reviewers that the bathroom is very small, but it was manageable, and always kept clean. Space was well utilised, eg the full length...

Stayed for one night. Plus points- right in the centre of the city, clean room, and not a lot else. Otherwise very small an expensive room, and a very expensive breakfast , which is pretty par for the course in Ghent i think- certainly no better than an Etap hotel in other parts of Europe.
