Between Jardin Botanique and Boulevard d'Avroy, Close to the train station and downtown. Super quite, simple but first quality service. Building is an old brownstone house typical from Liege. Rooms are granMa's atmosphere with real centenary wood flooring. Extremely friendly staff. Its usual guests are University teachers and researcher who create a very interesting atmosphere.

Strenghts: - Very clean and comfortable - Very helpful staff - 10 minutes walk to the city center - Located between center and main train station Weaknesses: - Stairs only access, which makes difficult the access with luggage or for wheelchairs - Restaurant open strictly for lunch

Yes it's true that the rooms and hallways are super dark not least because they are painted black. Otherwise the rooms are generally fine although they are a bit "worn out" and the bathroom is quite small. The breakfast buffet has all you need in the morning but don't expect something super fancy. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

We were travelling through France and Belgium ad took in Liege. With no accommodation pre-booked we had a quick look around for a hotel and sadly took the first one available, mainly because of tiredness and timing. No excuse, our fault, one we will not repeat. The bedroom ceiling was painted BLACK, the curtains were two different lengths and the...

Pretty centrally located hotel. Clean, helpful staff. No parking, you have to pay extra for a private car park just around the corner. Wifi in the rooms was pretty poor. Overall, everything about the hotel was OK. Nothing made it standout, but that's not a bad thing. It served its purpose, so if that's what you're looking for then this...

A bit overpriced, considering others. Although, I can't complain about the rooms, the staff or the location. If you get lucky, you can park your car outside in the street, free of charge, for the night.

The staff here are very nice, in fact, so nice that it is hard to get annoyed with them for having a blasse attitude about what should be basic expectations for a hotel of this standard/price point. I stayed here for four nights. The Wifi in the hotel did not work for the first three nights -- every day it...

The price is ridiculously high for the low quality of the hotel. The room was a decent size, as was the bathroom. The tub had no shower screen though so try as you may, the floor was always wet after ablutions. The reception coverage is intermittant but not unfriendly, if you discount our mishap at arrival. They got our reservation...

Very convenient and central location. Comfortable room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant Le Cyrano has amazing food: generous portions, great dishes. I had a 3 course lunch for €20 and a Fondue Bourgignonne for dinner which rocked my socks off.

We were stayed at Le Cygne D'Argent in May 2014 and found it as quite a lovely place. The room was not large but clean and snug, with a TV set, small fridge and free internet access. The hotel is located in a quiet place, so no street noise disturbed our sleep with open window. Only a beautiful mellifluous bird...
