I stayed here for one night because of a very last minute booking, and also because of the (almost) central location...(although actually it's in an area full of junkies and kebab shops). Firstly, this hotel is named very similar to another hotel called 'Royal Windsor Hotel', which is a very nice place, so please don't be mistaken when booking. Check... More

Wow! Really can't believe all these negative reviews! Come on! I've stayed in the Grand Cloche [next door] before but on this trip it was just me and the Windsor was 20 Euros less! Positives: Brussels is expensive and the rate was great; the Reception lady was nice; I arrived quite early and they held my bag at no charge... More

I don't have much that is good to say about this hotel, except that it is in a fantastic location! The hotel itself is run-down. It is reasonably clean- or at least the room we stayed in was. I've heard of hostels being much nicer than this place and would look at those as a less expensive option before ever... More

3 friends and I stayed at the Hotel Windsor for 4 nights. It was a dreadful experience, comments from 2 of us sharing a twin room : Bad points: shower but nowhere to attach to the bathroom wall difficult to have a shower, no shower curtain, no shelving for toiletries, bathroom sink cracked. Mould on bedroom wall, faulty electrics, wardrobe?... More

How should I start? Thanks God i booked this hotel just for 1 night!!! what a terrible experience! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in!! Starting with the check-in...a very bored lady at the reception desk who was sitting all the time during the check-in and no smile on her face. And the check-in took much longer because all the... I am generally happy with just about everything, not here. Only plus is great location, 10 minute walk in a (mostly) straight line from the train station (Bruxelles MIDI) and there is some luggage storage as long as you're the only one who needs it because its in their small storage cupboard. Negatives: blanket is a single old polar fleece... More

it is a 2-star hotel with a very nice reception and breakfast hall with modern lift and all. Upon seeing the actual room it is an ok but when we slept then we realized that it is not supposed to be a 2-star hotel. The room looks like an old one maybe because of the lighting, too dark! We paid... More

Conveniently located right between the city center and the Brussels-Midi rail station, this hotel serves as a good place to be if you plan to visit Brussels by train or plan to make day-trips to other near locations. Both the rail station and city center are at walking distance (10-15 min at most). Room are quite basic, with somewhat old... More

Thought our room would be nice seeing as the reception is very clean and modern but the room was dirty and the paint on the walls was blistering. The tv was the size of my phone and there is no air conditioning at all which we needed because it was over 30 degrees celsius this summer in brussels.
