This was the worst service my family has ever experienced at a Marriott hotel. We travel extensively which has given us our platinum Marriott status. However, the service was unimpressive. The woman at the front desk named Rudt, was exactly that....rude! Her attitude and unprofessionalism was alarming. I would tell anyone who might be considering staying at this property to...

Dear _jmcdaniel6, Thank you for your personalized feedback on regards of your family’s stay at our property. It is always appreciated if guest highlight great performances from individual staff members, but we take feedback highlighting points for improvement even more serious. We would like to highlight once more that the benefits for Marriott Rewards Membership are not transferable. Thank you...

Stayed on first night of our vacation on way to Portugal. They checked us in early, we had access to the lounge which helped with our jet lag. Our room was on the top floor which made the bathroom kind of wonky with the angles of the rook line cutting into the shower area.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights whilst watching Manchester utd in Brussels. Hotel is ideally located very close to main square but not to close . Good spacious clean rooms . Excellent staff who are very attentive. Restaurant and bar was good and bar stayed open late which helped when we got back from match after midnight.

This hotel was centrally located within walking distance to the Grand Place. It was safe, clean, and very nice inside. Walking to the hotel from the train (we took the train from Paris) was very short and easy. If you are going to stay in Brussels, I recommend this place. It was a very nice and reasonable hotel option.

Very clean, lovely rooms in a superb location in Brussels. Walking distance to most attractions yet still quiet at night. Breakfast was nice - good variety and fresh food. Staff friendly. Would stay here again, good value for money.

It has a great lounge right in the front of the hotel. The food and drinks are the same as all other lounges, but the the atmosphere in this particular lounge is great...!!!

It depends on your budget but I would choose a taxi because it's less hassle but more expensive.

Yes, excellent buffet breakfast at main restaurant. And you'll have access to the lounge too.

Normally, they provided breakfast (not a full-blown version though) in the Exec.Lounge. Since the occupancy is pretty low these past year or so (not just @ Marriott but all over Brussels), they stopped doing that. You will go to the hotel's restaurant instead. On the upside, you'll enjoy the full range of breakfast options there, and it all will be free.

Every 10 minutes, as far as I remember. Here is their website, have a look there:

brusselsairport.be/en/passngr/to_from_brussels_airport/train/

If the weather is nice and the baggage is light, you can always walk to the Marriott from Gare Centrale (about 7-10 min walk), Gare du Nord (about 15-20 min walk) or Gare du Midi (about 20 min walk). Changing for a tram/metro at Gare du Nord is easier, of course, I think. Just remember to board the last rear door of the tram and, arriving to Bourse, go via the exit ticket barriers closest to the rear of the tram (doesn't matter which side of the platform) and, exiting the upper escalator, take a very sharp turn to the left (95-100° from the barriers). This exit will bring you straight to the Marriott. It is much simpler and easier in practice than it sounds/reads.I am sure you won't have any troubles whatsoever.
