We booked this hotel becouse the modern look of their installations in their web site and its good location, in the center of Brussels. We suppose their budget was spent in the hall and bar, becouse the rest of the hotel is quite old. Our room was tiny and too similar to an hospital room. The room was clean, but...

This is NOT a 3 star property nor is it a "Boutique" hotel. More accurately, it should be a budget hotel - marginally more comfortable from a hostel. The room was clean, however, this is the only possitive about this property. The room was miniscule and in dire need of refurbishment. I would strongly advise you keep looking - there...

We were referred here from the 4-star Silken Berlaymont when they had no record of our reservation. The Queen Anne was a clean and comfortable 3-star hotel and good value at 97 euro B&B. But it was a disaster for a night's sleep as our rooms faced the main street. Not only was the traffic roaring all night outside inadequately...

Having been to Queen Anne before, this was our choice again as it came in at a good price. The hotel is very clean and tidy and offers a hot buffet breakfast included in the price. The location of the hotel is perhaps a little far from the centre. There seemed to be some prostitutes just around the corner as...

Rooms sparcely furnished but of adequate size. Clean. Breakfasts good if limited in range. staff helpful. Location good, only three hundred metres from metro/tram and twice as far from Grand Place. Would recommend for a short stay.

Clean room and stylish lobby. Ambulance or police cars' siren woke us up every night. Didn't understand why the room window had no safety device.

I don't think I have ever stayed in a more basic 3 star hotel - I mean this to be purely descriptive rather than pejorative, because there is nothing intrinsically wrong with the hotel, it is just very basic. Check-in was friendly and efficient enough. The room was furnished with absolutely nothing more than was strictly necessary, although it was...

This hotel is very conveniantly located, only a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and other major sights in Brussels. We only ever used the underground when feeling EXTREMELY lazy! Hotel rooms are small but clean. If you are only looking for a place to sleep then this hotel is a good choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast,...

we were looking for a clean, medium rate hotel with basic facilities in a decent area to get to local transport and or walk to center of town. this turned out to be a good place. very clean and neat. simple breakfast included -breads/coffee/tea/juice/cereal. in europe you really can't expect the style of america where eveyrthing is big. the room...
