Functional. Clean. OK breakfast. Basically fine. Good location. Can walk 20-25 minster to Grand Platz. Nice restaurants nearby. Some quaint locations. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative is that some of the rooms are a little dark and need some redecoration. I stay here for work, it is moderately priced for Brussels.

As with other reviews here, my experience was mixed and not quite what I expected. The staff were very good, they found me an adaptor to borrow and supplied me with a map. The hotel is very close to the tube. But the lift is the smallest lift imaginable. You could only fit 2 people in and made me feel...

Hotel Chambord is well-situated. It's an easy walk to the lovely Saint-Boniface quartier, which is pretty, and has some lovely bars and restaurants. It's a 15-minute walk to the mediaeval centre of Brussels, and it's an easy journey to the European Commission, as well as being in the main shopping area of the city. It's also reasonably well appointed -...

The stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad. On the positive side, the hotel is located directly next to a train station so it's easy to get to. The staff is nice and helpful if you need directions for where to go. Also, there are different places to eat and shop nearby and you can easily...

Reasonably good but service hours and furniture maintenance should be improved. Cleaning ladies stampede out at noon, bathroom required three fixes, heating settings were a mess and one of the reception clerks was in a permanent bad mood. HOWEVER, "Baboo" spoke several languages and was overall delightful even working on New Year's Eve.

My visit to this place was only based on the need of a hotel room since my usual place in Brussels was completely booked. To make a long story short: you should stay away from this place as far as you can since it is old, dirty and unsecure. I was welcomed by a highly desinteressted receptionist who told me...

I was given a business room which is quite better than the small ones they offered me in the past. It has a large desk and a good bed. The entourage (carpet, toilet, closet) is still a bit old and worn out and also non-descriptive (no photos or pictures on the wall). The wifi reception was poor and intermitting in...

This is a basic and functional operation that is close to most EU institutions and points of business. Reception clear and efficient. The rooms are reached via possibly the smallest elevator in Europe! Twisting narrow corridors yled to a somewhat spartan room. A d equate, lacking in aesthetic charm b ut no more than a place to sleep. Breakfast was...

The hotel is located right across from the Porte de Namur metro stop and is a short walk from all the major tourist attractions except the Atomium. The front desk was friendly, helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was very good. The only minor problem was that room while comfortable, we were not given a way to control the heating...

I stayed here 8 years ago, and remembered it as a nice hotel. Either something changed or i remembered wrong; my room had a view to the window in another room (!), the aircon was extremely noizy. I came back from a meeting at 9 in the evening, and wanted to bring a drink to my room- but the hotel...
