The staff are most helpful and the atmosphere is stylish and calm. Beautiful furniture. No problem was too much for them. I had a beautiful elegant room and the room was set up in such a way that I could do some work from the room. The room had two large windows allowing day light to wash the room. The...

I really liked this hotel the restaurant although without a huge choice was very tasty. Staff particularly helpful, lovely bar area, good choice at breakfast and the lobby area is very pleasant. It is quite an old hotel however and the rooms and on the dated scale of traditional. Comfortable though so can't complain just in need of decor.

I used this hotel when visiting Brussels on business. it is easy to get to - 15 minutes / 9€ in an uber from the Eurostar and close to a tube station. It's a little way from the historic centre of the city. Rooms are very nicely appointed, hotel is quiet and the internet speed is good.

The room was big, the staff was amazing. Breakfast was very fulfilling and had big diversity. The hotel is right next to the train and you can get everywhere in Brussels. I Enjoyed every second. I will definitely come back to this hotel sometime.

The hotel is situated in a nice area of Brussels. Once inside the hotel looks good. My partner asked for an upgrade beforehand and they had not provided this. They wanted to charge 30 euros per night for an upgrade to a suite, which I agreed to pay. The suite was nice, until will realised after unpacking that the tap...

After a long day at work and a long journey to Bruxelles, I arrived late in the Hotel. Receptionist was very nice and efficient. In a couple of minutes everything was done, looked up where I was supposed to go the following day and reserved the cab for the next day. All I needed to do was to rest in...

We really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. All hotel employees were really generous and provided great service, making us feel at home. Dinner in the restaurant of the hotel was superb, food arrived really fast. The rooms were huge, well equipped, and looks brand new, makes you feel at home. Thank you! I highly recommend!!

Wow !! From stepping out of the Taxi on arrival & being greeted outside the door through to leaving 3 days later ALL of the staff were wonderful. The reception staff were extremely friendly even when we as a group of 8 returned in the early hours. The bar staff & waiters /waitresses always had a smile & went out...

We were staying in the hotel in a suite, but all the suits were on a busy street, so it was rather noisy. Take a double room, they're on the quiet inside yard. The service is great, the staff friendly and the breakfast is very nice! The price is reasonable and the area is calm and safe. It's one of...

From the moment we arrived at this hotel we had a very bad and poor service from the hotel reception staff and management. As a group of travellers, we've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and this is the worst experience any of us have ever had. When we booked, we thought we had booked a lovely 5*...
