Good value for money hotel which is modern, clean and up to date. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside are the views from the rooms, these are not very good, but the quality of the rest of the hotel makes up for it.

Corrected and professionalized version: Hotel Avenue Louise, Brussels The Hotel Avenue Louise is located in the Louise neighborhood of Brussels, close to the High Street and within walking distance of public transportation. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which are ongoing eSptember/October 2023. We stayed in room 128, which is a small, basic room in the rear of the building. At first glance, the room appeared to have been recently renovated. However, we later experienced some issues with the room quality, which I brought to the attention of the friendly receptionist. She was sincerely apologetic and immediately offered to move us to another room, explaining that some rooms have not yet been renovated. I chose to stay in the same room, and I appreciated that she understood my complaint. As compensation, we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which we were very grateful for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, and it was perfect for a good night's sleep. Lovely Breakfast with a good variety of breakfast items. I am confident that after the renovations are complete, the Hotel Avenue Louise will be a great choice for a stay in Brussels …

we stayed sat to sunday. 10mins walk to bus, tram stop, 13mins ride down to the market squ. we hired Vello bicycles, by downloading the app(click in/click out system with a credit card) . It was great for seeing a lot of Brussels. Hotel bed were good and very large, room at the back was quiet, but hotel is on a side road . Breakfast is expensive and poor, especially if you are a normal eater. Cafe on the corner. its cheaper to park in the garage(€24/24hrs) than on the street*.( *free after 20.30 sat and all day sunday)

This was a good location for our 2 nights in Brussels. Positives: - Located less than 10 mins from metro and near Brussels MIDI train station - Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. - Fan provided (although a/c would have been better) - Room and bathroom nice size and with sofa Negatives: - No bin in main room, only in bathroom - Construction at the moment from 7am weekdays - Breakfast expensive at €22 pp (we bought fruit, croissants, yogurts from Carrefour instead) - No kettle for tea but there was a machine for coffee in the room (no instructions but we worked it out) - Slow hair dryer - Sofa bed not the comfiest to sleep on I would stay here again for a short stay, would maybe look elsewhere for a longer trip.

This hotel was a bit less than 25 minutes on foot from Brussels Midi train station. The area is fairly central and offers plenty of very varied options for dining. The room had a nice quality to it; it seemed that someone had put some thought into making it look tasteful and classy. The view on the other hand was atrocious, and although the basic impression of the interior was quite positive, it became clear that the hotel is into keeping costs down by cutting little extras. For example, there was no conditioner, just shampoo and shower gel in dispensers. There were no toiletry items aside from those two dispensers. There were no pad and pen in the room. There was no tissue paper. And the pillows, of which there were only two, were rather small. None of those deficits are all that serious to me, and if the 161.75€ I paid for the room didn't include breakfast, I suppose that's just Brussels. I did however wish there could have been fitness facilities, but there was literally nothing in this regard.…

Great hotel at good location; very quite (sude street); comfortable and spacious room; rich breakfast; staff very friendly and helpfull. Elevator is very small and stairs too narrow and steep, which occasionaly leads to longer waiting.

This place is great on a budget for a good location. It didn’t meet my standards of cleanliness but I’m somewhat ocd. I happened to find what looked like a yellow urine stain under the toilet seat which tells me the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned unfortunately. There was blonde hair in the bed, hopefully it was the maids! The fridge and safe weren't working but we didn’t bother to enquire about getting it fixed. The lift is a little slow/fails to work sometimes but staff were very quick to fix it all by the time i was on the 4th floor of the stairs lol. The lobby area is lovely however the room furnishings seem a little dated. I don’t think it’s really 4 stars but it’s decent for the price you pay. The room is a decent size but the bathroom is a little squishy. Overall I’d probably stay here again if strapped for cash and bring a disinfectant spray just in case.…
