Can't fault hotel at all.. Excellent location, excellent place and excellent room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Room came with spare pillows and blanket in the cupboard... And the lounge by reception had a photo booth and free hot beverages by the TV. Went for Xmas markets.. On the door steps of our hotel...

Perfect location with regards to tourist and shopping areas. Clean and comfortable to live in place. Better internet connection might be achieved, as well as better communication and service at the reception desk..

I have stayed for 3 nights. Apartment hotel is well-facilitated. Location is great and accessible to Grand Place within 5 minutes. I have encountered internet connection problem when using the lobby desktop. The receptionist on duty has tried very hard and spent a long time to fix the problem and solved finally. Highly recommended to my friends and will stay... More

I recently stayed for two times in a period of two weeks and was very happy both stays. I recommended the hotel to colleagues from Brazil and around the EU and US and they were all highly impressed with their stay also. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Just come back from a few days. The room is fairly basic. However clean and very comfy bed. It is an apartment so don't expect beds to be made or towels changed. Breakfast was just okay! The hotel is brilliantly located for the city with the Metro right outside and only a 5/10 minute walk.

Dear Asty, We thank you for your last comment about your stay in our property. We are sorry to read that your stay did not exceed your expectations. About the towels and the bed sheets, due to the status of our residence, we are an aparthotel so we do not change them everydays. BUT we do provide fresh ones upon... More

I've spent only one night in this hotel, but it was enough to understand that has a good quality. Near the city centre and easily to get with the metro. Kitchen in the room (aparthotel) with kettle, fridge (so you can stuff your own drinks/food), and even a dishwasher. Private bathroom with towels and hair dryer, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner... Lovely hotel, nicely lovated! It was a lot more than what we expected for such a good price! Room was as seen on the website (even though it was a twin instead of a double bed). Plus: they have free coffee in the lobby :) Would probably go back.

“When traveling with a friend, ask to see if they have some bigger rooms where the twin beds are not so close. Don't include breakfast in your package if you aren't sure you will be eating there in the mornings. The breakfast looked good but we took tours early and just ate a little later and cheaper than the 14Euro it cost to eat there. Be sure you know the metro stop is right outside the door, we couldn't find it and we had to drag luggage a long way across cobblestone streets to get there as a result, only to find the stop is directly in front of the hotel. ”
