Detailed Reviews
I stayed in this location for 7 nights.
The location is wonderful, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, the Central Station, the Grand Place, there is also a metro station right next to the hotel, which is called "La Brouckere".
I mention the fact that the accommodation unit's policy is that the room is cleaned only if it is occupied for at least 8 nights.
It is the first situation of this kind that I have encountered at a hotel, especially since there is no information about this issue on the hotel's website, and I was not informed of this by the hotel staff when I checked in. only when I asked at the reception why our room was not cleaned, given that 3 days had passed since check-in.
We paid 22 euros for a complete cleaning, but when we returned we found that there was still dust and stains on the floor.
It should also be said that although I stayed in a studio that has generous space with a room, a kitchenette and a very large bathroom, things can be improved in the sense that the walls need repairs and a new painting, and the mattresses and linens replaced with some of good quality.

We booked in for a week. We had requested a room on the top floor as we wanted this to be as quiet as possible and the hotel courteously obliged. The receptionist who checked us in was very amenable. On entering our room 704 , there is a small corridor with the bathroom off to the right, loo to the left and main room in front. The bathroom was clean and we were provided with a hand & bath towel each, plus a floor towel. However, as the loo was separate an extra towel in here would have been preferable. There was a shower over the bath and also a pull out rail for drying clothes. Into the main room, there was a king sized bed, this was a type that can be pushed back up into the wall but was left open. However the head was lower than the feet, which was surprisingly disconcerting. We ended up sleeping at the foot end! We spoke to the receptionist the next morning, it didn’t seem to surprise him and said he would have a look. Went back in the evening and nothing had been done. We asked for a couple of duvets which were provided and we used these as bolsters which did the trick! There is a small kitchen, with microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher & sink. Only 4 of each item of crockery was left meaning we had to put on the dishwasher daily which if we had been supplied with more, this would not have been necessary. We were supplied with washing up liquid, some dishwasher tablets, a tea towel and washing up sponge. We were told to empty the bins in a specific room on the floor where we would find spare bin liners however, none were there so we separated our rubbish and emptied into the large bins, without a bag. However, this room stunk of cigarettes every time we used it. The hotel is in an excellent location about a 5-10 minute walk from the square of the Grand Place. It is next to the De Broukère underground station. All the shops, restaurants, cafes & supermarkets are close by so is well located.

Room was adequate for 4 pax. I was a bit concerned about the sofa bed but it turned out to be comfy enough for 2 pax with pillows and blankets provided.
Location wise it is quite strategic for tourists - walkable distance from the Central Station although the cobbled streets are a bit tough on the trolley bag. There's also a metro station right next door.
The shopping street was also less than 1/2 km away and in December, the Christmas Market is practically at your door steps.
Food aplenty and you can get some supplies from Carefour across the aparthotel in case you want to fix a simple meal as the aparthotel came equipped with stove, microwave, pots and pans etc.
Verdict... Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at the Adagio Grand Place in Brussels and could not have been happier with the apartment and the service offered especially by Germain at the front desk . Even though we were quite early we were allowed to check in as our room was ready. In the evening other reception staff gave us useful restaurant information and the overall service experience was excellent. Apart from this the hotel is in a great location, close to many tourist highlights and restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Highly recommended

Stayed for 4 nights to explore central Brussels. Very nice indeed. Will use it again. The kitchenette was a great idea as there are many small supermarkets nearby so we did not have to eat out all the time.
We walked about 20-30 minutes to Midi Station (where the Eurostar stops). 5 minutes walk to the Grand Place.

We stayed in a studio apartment for 4 nights, the room had everything we needed. Bed was a pull out bed, comfortable, we asked for extra pillows and they were in the room waiting, bathroom and toilet are separate but still private, small Juliet balcony, handy for letting in fresh air, noisy outside but to be expected due to location, once the door was closed there was no issue. Metro right outside, super market across the road, 5 min walk to main square. Customer service was brilliant, very friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even when they were busy. About a 15 min walk from Centrum train station. There are a few homeless people near the location but never caused and issue for us other than pity, really could not fault the place and special thanks to the guy who was on Friday the 27th of august , didn’t get his name but he was super helpful!!

The staff were all amazing especially Germaine. They could’t do enough to make you happy. The hotel was so easy to find and a nice stroll from the Mid Zuid station (about 25 minute walk) Grand place, restaurants, loads of shops etc etc were all within easy walking distance (most right on doorstep) lots of lovely places to visit. Metro was just underneath the hotel too.
Downside was our room just wouldn’t get warm enough but was soon rectified with a portable heater and some instructions on how to use the microwave/dishwasher would have been useful. However, we would certainly stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Our family of 4 (2 kids - 8 & 4 yrs) stayed here for 3 nights (Fri/Sat/Sun) & loved the room and the hotel. It's literally next to the subway (De Brouckere) & very close to the Grand Place, pubs, supermarkets & shopping centers. Walk in any direction & you'd be delighted. The room itself is spacious, even after the sofa bed (large & very comfortable for children) is opened & there is still room to open up a large suitcase on the floor (an unmet need I've experienced elsewhere). There is a limited open view from the room so that is something one might want to check before check in, if it matters to them (did not to us, as we didn't spend most of the day inside).
Other notable positives:
The juice/beverage at the reception - great choice/taste everyday!
Lots of storage/cabinets in the room
A separate WC (with sink) cabin, from the shower/bathroom
Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooking range, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator!) - suggest that kitchen have more cooking pots

A well positioned apartment hotel within an easy walk of Grand Place. We arrived on the Eurostar train and then it was an easy metro trip to De Brouckere station which is right next to Adagio. We booked quite a long way in advance and got a very good rate for our studio room. Our room had a good kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge, stove top and microwave. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars within an easy walk. A fairly big supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a couple of smaller ones even closer. We will definitely book Adagio Apart Hotel again if we go back to Brussels.

We enjoyed our stay at the Adagio. It is located close to the Grand Place and most major sites are walkable from here. There is a metro station just next door as well as Paul Bakery on the other side. Pedestrian street out front with lots of shops. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. We traveled with our sons (21 & 17). They shared the pull-out sofa (bottom twin pulls out from under the sofa, so there are two twin beds). Both found them comfortable. We had a king bed (two twins pushed together?) and found it comfortable.
This hotel would be great for longer stays as it has a complete kitchenette. The air conditioning works wonderful (which is good in August as the day is hot). The street noise was minimal although our room was located on a busy street. Blackout curtains made it easy to nap if needed. Shower area is also separate from toilet which is a plus when traveling with 4 people.
We did pay an additional 50 euro to get an early check-in. This was our first stop after a long flight from the US and it was nice to be able to freshen up and rest a bit before tackling the city sites. They also will hold luggage if your room is not ready yet upon arrival.
Must use the room key card to get into the hotel from the street. This keeps people not staying at the hotel out and I appreciated this. You also need your room key to get into the elevator. Felt safe and secure. Front desk was more than helpful and spoke a number of languages. They do have a breakfast area on the second floor, but we didn't eat there. Also, a foosball table for teens to play on the same floor.
We were headed to Ghent the next day, so had a car. You don't need a car if you are staying within the city. If you have a car, there is a parking garage just around the corner and two blocks away. Very convenient. I believe it was 24 euro for 24 hours. Very clean and convenient.
