The friendly staff are very welcoming and help you find just the restaurant you need. As it is centrally located you can explore the city on foot, which is the best way to get the flair of the city. It is not too far from the station and you can easily walk to the Schelde to have a feeling of... More

This boutique hotel in central Antwerp has had a huge amount of care put into both the design of the spaces and the overall atmosphere. Elegant furniture spanning 20th century design fills the hotel, with classical details and grand spaces from the older building in which it is situated complementing the modern perfectly. The hotel is calm and serene, even... More

I always tend to stick to small, boutique hotels and the Hotel Julien was perfect. Lovely room, nice bed and linens and wonderful bathroom. I had #24, a "dreamer" room. The public areas are quiet, welcoming and comfortable. Did not have breakfast but the hotel is situated quite close to the old town and all its offerings so that wasn't... More

A very pretty, clean, boutique experience. Really enjoyed the look of the place, which was classic and clean without being minimalist or cold. Further, one of the nicest smelling hotels I've experienced in some time. Would return without question.

The location is very central. The hotel looks nice. We had a room at the top floor. The bed was small. With 2 friends a bit to small. The room was also noisy. It was quite expensive. Breakfast was nice but basic and the price ridiculous. I reccomend breakfast in one of the nearby cafe's.

Hotel Julien is in an excellent location in the heart of the old section of Antwerp. There is a metro stop directly across the street from the hotel entrance which makes it an easy ride to the central train station if you don't feel like walking. The staff at the hotel was absolutely delightful including their young interns. The room... More

The Julien is a nice boutique hotel that is now past its prime. I am sure that when it opened it was groundbreaking but now there is a lot of wear and tear in the rooms. The bed is comfy and the toilet clean, however everything feels a little run down. It needs a fresh lick of paint and some... More

The room we got was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The service was exceptional, super friendly and polite staff. We had lunch as well, the food is very good quality, nicely prepared and of course delicious. The decoration both in the common areas and the rooms is just stunning, you will have access to the roof terrace(s), where the sunset/sunrise is... More

This is small hotel (boutique style) in the center of Antwerpen. Two old houses connected. There are some good points, I will mention first. The location (if as in my case you meeting is in central Antwerpen). The staff is friendly and the common areas are nice. The breakfast room is ample and modern with a good selection. There is...
