The hotel is located very central. We liked the cava and tapas offered by the hotel. Our room was clean but the minimalist design has been taken a bit too far I think. Room felt cold and with the concrete and lack of design felt a bit unfinished (something on the wall would have completed it). The bed was very...

Stayed here on business in April 2014. Good central location. Room modern, clean and bright. Breakfast was very good, a plate was provided including fruit, bread, egg, meats, yoghurt and cereal together with coffee and fruit juice. Reception staff professional and helpful.

Antwerpen is a beautiful city, and thanks to Hotel Banks we could really appreciate it. Situated in the city center near the Fashion Museum it's the perfect spot to explore the beauty of the old Antwerpen and to make some good shopping. We'll be back soon

We had a 2 night stay at Hotel Banks, it was the Xmas market opening weekend with lots of life, performance, music and people in the city ... great. The hotel was a cosy little place for the night, small but practical and modern architecture and right in the middle of the hot spots in Antwerp. Fashion, Bars, Restaurants and...

Really great location in Antwerp! Beautiful design. But check in and out was really complicated. As the the night entrancetoo. No one told me that it would be a different entrance that guest have to use after a certain time. So I stayed for like 10 min. In the cold. Luckily other guests returned back to the hotel too and...

I was in Antwerp for the Devoxx conference. I stayed once before at this hotel, and that stay was fine so I chose it again. I read some other reviews that were negative but honestly, I don't agree with them. For me personally, on a business trip, this hotel has everything it needs: clean room, great bed, quiet, good breakfast,...

Banks hotel is a beautifully located hotel in the great fashion area of Antwerp, surrounded by beautiful shops and nice restaurants! Kind and helpful staff, who also had good suggestions for restaurants. Rooms are industrially furnished, with everything we needed. We loved the concept of drinks and tapas at the fireplace offered free by the hotel! Will surely come back...

Hardly survived staying there for two days. Service was super slow and not welcoming. Tiny rooms, open glass shower cabin and sink in the room... Really uncomfortable. I would understand if we paid price of some hostel, but we paid as for any other 4* hotel in Antwerp. Add 20 eu and you can stay in five stars hotel same...

We stayed at Banks hotel to kick off a two-week jaunt around Western Europe and were very happy with this as our start. While difficult to find when driving (perhaps a larger sign would be helpful) the location is excellent, and within walking distance to many points of interest. There is a parking garage and bike rental up the street...

Rooms are very small, and have poor basic finishing. concrete floor and concrete ceiling ! Balcony announced but you get 20cm of balcony. Wrong creation of expectations. Down lights under the bed, making every hear and dust immediately visible, so dirty look. Location: near city centrum. So ideal if you wanna be there, else not. Tram station however you need...
