Me and my boyfriend booked a room at this hotel from a booking website where everything looked nice for a 3 star hotel. However when we arrived it seemed we had traveled back in time 30 years. Everything looked old and it was quite dirty (at least our room). We could see there were stains on the floor carpet that...

Rooms are horrible but clean. Bathrooms are really old like the rest of hotel. View was like school academic. Washes, food... Personel was nice and kind but do not speak english very well. Perfect location.

I don't know where to start: elevator out of order (useful when your room is at 4th floor), the poverty of the room.. The bed is awful as hell. I've never had a so horrible night in a hotel. The smell is horrible, the mattress is totally broken. You've got only one electric socket, at the other end of the...

This hotel is only 5 minutes from the central station, good location and price for me. The room looked perfectly new, I asked in the reception and they told me the room got renovated a week before. In my opinion they should have done the bathroom also it looked really old fashioned, however the room itself was small but very...

The hotel certainly isn't charming, but it is reasonably priced. Both price wise and appearance wise it looks more like a hostel than a hotel. The carpet was stained, but the bed linen was clean, as well as the bathroom facilities. The receptionist was friendly.

Whilst the breakfast buffet at the hotel was okay, the rest of our stay was quite unpleasant. The staff initially had got our booking wrong, putting us in a twin room instead of a double, and after we had viewed the room and asked to change, the staff gave us key cards that didn't even work. Our initial impression of...

Truly delightful welcome from lovely lady. On-web photos of rooms looked great. The corridors are really shabby and smelt of damp. The lift is archaic. The room, once inside, was trying hard, but I could only compare it to an Ibis Hotel room in a shabby old building, that needed a make over in the rooms and desperately in the...

Very convenient hotel near the central train station. The old furnishings were a plus for me rather than a minus, gives the place charm. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only minus was the breakfast, i didn't enjoy it that much, but it was at a good price and I was rushing so I might have missed some of the...

The hotel is in an ideal location in a fairly quiet street in the city centre. Very convenient for shops, railway, metro and central Rotterdam attractions. The decor is a bit tired and rooms are not of luxury standard but are clean and functional. Breakfast is generous with very good coffee and decent selection of ham cheese bread etc.

Thank Ian P
